Very good location- all the main objects could be walked on foot + right next to the hotel is Metro. Very nice staff. The hotel rooms are not spacious, but it is quite enough if necessary to stay in Paris for a few days.

The only thing missing in the room was a big mirror 😊

I stayed at this hotel in Paris for five nights. The location is absolutely incredible, perfect for exploring the city and close to key attractions. The room was very clean, and the service throughout my stay was warm and welcoming, which I truly appreciated.

There are a couple of areas where I feel the hotel could improve. While the bathrooms have clearly been renovated, the rest of the room felt dated and in need of an update to match the price point. Refreshed furnishings and a more modern feel would definitely enhance the overall comfort. Also the breakfast was also disappointing. The options were very limited—mostly croissants and sweets, with only cheese and bread as the savory choices. After a couple of days, it felt repetitive and lacking in variety.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The location is ideal—just a short walk from the train station and city centre, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and amenities nearby. The only small thing that would have made the stay even better is having a mini fridge in the room—it would have been helpful for keeping drinks or snacks fresh. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Great location in the centre of Paris and within 10-20 minutes walking distance of the Louvre to the south and Montmartre to the north. We stayed there during a heatwave for 2 nights and they kindly provided a fan inside our room as an alternative for their lack of air conditioning. The staff at reception were also smiley, polite and helpful. The rooms looked very well cleaned and the decor was Parisian and classic which we really liked. The room also had a balcony which we thought was a plus!

The lack of air conditioning (but this issue was rectified more or less with the electric fan provided). Also the street noise at night or in the early hours of the morning was quite disturbing if you do not close your window fully.

Friendly reception with their cute little dog upon our arrival. Super nice and helpful staff. Clean room with very nice decor and good view of other buildings (French windows with flowers in full blooms, so beautiful!). Location! walking distance to metro stations and lots of restaurants / bars just steps away. Friendly happy vibes!! Nice/sufficient breakfast with great service and brewed to order coffee/cappuccino. Access to elevator!!!

Small room for value; tight bathroom; toilet located between shower and wall with no elbow room if shower had door. With shower having no door or curtain, it was impossible not to wet the toilet and or floor when using shower. Elevator only fit 1 person with no more than 2 carryon-size bags (still appreciate having elevator!)

Nice staff, respectful and ready to support if possible. Great location, very close to metro stop. A great variety of restaurants in a short-walk distance. Room size big enough.

The pictures posted here in booking.com are obsolete and outdated. The management renovated all the bathrooms. We asked to change our first room as the shower was open directly to the wc seat. Staff told me that every bathroom is like this (i.e. with nothing to prevent water from going outside the shower - not even a tent) - but the other room luckily had the bathroom door that, if left open, was "closing" the shower.

First and foremost, the staff are so kind and very helpful. They were attentive and very pleasant and informed me on arrival that the hotel water was out, but was quickly being worked on and it shouldn’t be a problem (it wasn’t! The hot water was restored before I returned to the hotel for the night). The hotel is so cute and quaint and really has such a Parisian vibe to it! The breakfast is very good and has a small selection of pastries/breads, yogurt, cereal, granola, jams and butter. The location is also very convenient as it’s close to a bus stop and a metro stop as well. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Good choice in terms of value/price. Very convenient location -- next to the metro station. Or you can even walk to both train station (with trains departing to the airport) and Opera house (buses to the airport) within 20 minutes. Rooms are comfortable and clean enough.

No AC, breakfast could be more diverse. But it's reasonable for the price.

Room was larger than I expected (meant for 2 people) but was welcome. Friendly staff, small breakfast room (continental style) and not exorbitant. Large walk-in shower with a shelf (!). A cupboard to hang clothes with extra blankets and pillows. Room was well-heated (I was on the fifth floor.). Small elevator but what else is new? It worked and that is all that matters. The others in the hotel seemed to be primarily 'local' - always a recommendation. The hotel is located in an L-shaped 'alley' - Cite Bergere -behind the main Blvd. along with a number of other hotels and a residence hotel. (Chopin stayed at one these places, - though not recently.) The Chartier bistro is across from one of the entrances and you WILL have to wait in line to get in there. The area is a mass of hubbub but thankfully you are isolated from the busy streets. Metro and bus lines are around the corner. Near the Folie Bergere and the music Conservatoire. Lots of places to eat in the area but pick and choose.

Not much. This is not the best place or best value, or best location I've stayed in Paris (I move around when I stay) but definitely recommendable..

Clean, comfortable bed, newly renovated bathroom, on quiet street very close to the Grands Boulevard metro stop which appeared to have a number of hotels (although none seemed very busy). It was a great central location to do everything we wanted to do while in Paris. Coffee in room. Nice view of street from our room. Desk clerk very nice. One night we came home after being out all day and peeked in at the lobby which had a little coffee bar. The night clerk invited us to sit and enjoy a coffee and brought us nice coffee mugs, hot water to make my tea and little biscuits. Very sweet and welcoming.

Would be nice to have a mini-fridge. Sound proofing between rooms is not so great, although we did not have loud neighbors. And both my husband and I scratch our heads at why such a small sink was installed in the bathroom. Very difficult to wash your face in it. But these are rather minor issues, because overall we were very happy with our stay.
