Good location very near to the main street. Paid parking available directly opposite the entry door, so that was good.

No lift. In Europe, two bathrooms does not necessarily mean two toilets. We would have booked two separate units for our friends & ourselves had we known this prior to the trip. This property was not the only one - it is obviously just a different understanding of "two bathrooms". ie: To be clearer, it should be one toilet shared with the unit occupants, two individual bathrooms/showers.

Nice quiet location within easy walking distance of the town centre. No parking at the property itself but there is a parking area (not expensive) right by the hotel. The studio was very nicely appointed, and air conditioning was a bonus given the warm temperatures. Breakfast (while an extra - see below) was nicely presented. Overall a nice place for an overnight stay on our way home.

I do feel that, for the price of the room, breakfast should have been included - in most of the places we stayed recently (at a similar price point) it certainly was. I also felt the notice saying that we were responsible for washing our dishes (subject to a €20 surcharge if we didn’t) was a little off - I don’t expect to have to do the washing up when I’m paying over £150 / night ! Sorry if that sounds petty, but it slightly took the edge off… And while the option on Booking.com exists to pay at the property, they took 50% payment at the time I made the booking and the balance a few days before. Not a massive issue, but just something to be aware of.

I stayed for 2 nights from January 27th to 29th. Actually, I was very hesitant to write a review. Because my experience was so great, I was worried that this place would be so popular that I wouldn't be able to stay in the future :) The building is quaint with high ceilings, but at the same time clean and comfortable. The check-in process was very smooth, as I was informed well in advance of my arrival. The host was willing to help throughout my stay. The host is an expert on the area and was happy to share that information. Remember: ask him and follow his advice. I will never forget my stay there and the gift. I'll be back soon!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Beaune. Traditionally charming and very well appointed. Hosts are very friendly, extremely gracious and helpful - and the additional services available are extensive. The breakfast service was fabulous and the honesty wine bar is an excellent idea. Couldn’t recommend them more highly and will certainly go back.

Modern, well-furnished and well-equipped apartment with kitchen and bathroom in beautiful historic building in Beaune 5 minutes walk from the city centre. Extremely kind, helpful and generous host who spent time recommending good restaurants, gave other tips about the city and offered us a bottle a champagne! Highly recommended!

A beautiful old Maison close to the map attractions. Easy walking to restaurants. The apartment was large with great facilities for our group.

Prior to arrival I had some difficulty with contacting staff. They did not respond as quickly as I would have liked.

It was a beautiful home with lots of charm. Love the staircase and the room was very spacious with tall ceiling and large windows .

If I had to pick one thing is that the toilet is in a different room than the shower - not what we are accustomed to

Breakfast was very good. We used it all three days we were there. The charcuterie board for two was wonderful and was plenty of food for the two of us for a couple nights. Beds comfortable Once I figured out the shower it worked well. Though we didn’t use all the kitchen appliances, there was certainly nothing missing we might have needed

the studio was equipped with everything. i really enjoyed the little kitchen with all necessaire. with a little toddler it was a life savior. the location is amazing. 5min walking to reach center and extremely quiet area close to Hotel de Ville.

The studio has high ceiling and it gets quite cold. we were lucky to have nice temperature outside for the period. yet it was pretty cold. in the end you just need to use heating more than usual to warm it up.

The apartment was so cozy, and we appreciated having a washer/dryer. Location was excellent. Air conditioning was wonderful.

We didn’t understand about checking in, but we’re able to access the gate and door to get our keys when another couple arrived at the same time and called to obtain information.
