The number of beds and bathrooms was very nice for our family group. We also enjoyed the balcony. It's hard to beat a place with 4 hot tubs to choose from. We also liked the fact that there were some restaurants right on the property so that we didn't have to go out in the storm to get dinner.

The layout was a bit odd, with stairs all over the place even on the same overall level. The staff checked with us to make sure we were okay with not being on the ground floor, but I was surprised that there were even stairs to get down to the elevator. If you can not do stairs, be sure to book a ground floor room and don't use the parking garage.

One bedroom with kitchenette was a very good value. Skiier free shuttle bus arrives at front of Christie Lodge where you are near first on so on weekdays and weekends we were always able to get a seat! Hot tub outside had strong jets and 4 hot tubs inside had bubbler jets. We used the inside hot tubs which were plenty warm. Kitchenette has nice refrigerator space, spaceous freezer, a single burner, large microwave, colander, toaster, silverware for 6, and plenty of pots/pans/lids. Extra salt and pepper and a cutting board were available when we asked the front desk. Many knives and a scissors available, dull but usable. I would definitely return!

If someone has back or knee problems moving your luggage/skis from the car to you room will be difficult by yourself. There was a note that bellhop would help if asked-we did not ask for help. Putting coolers and luggage on a dolly they provide allowed us to take everything easily up the elevator to 2nd floor, but the contents fell off as I rolled the dolly down a set of 9 stairs and then down a second set of 4 stairs to reach our room. OK since we are a family with adult children who could help.

The room was clean and spacious. The location was very central to everything and parking easy and plentiful. The ski shop on property had a nice selection of ski gear and souvenirs which was convenient. We didn’t use the shuttle or activities but it seemed there were fun things like movie night advertised.

It was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed our stay.

Really like the lodge. Convenient location, easy to get on the shuttle, really clean, lots of parking available no matter what time you get there - great staff, good value for Avon.

I don't like that the door to the unit opens into the bedroom, I wish there was a better entry into the 1 bdrm suite, but whatever, it's not that expensive and that makes it ok.

I’ve stayed at this property many times because of the location and the price.

What I did not care for at the particular unit we stayed in was the seating in the living room space. It was a very small uncomfortable little loveseat like thing. They also need more bedding for the Murphy bed. It only had one little thin blanket. Other than that, it was a nice unit.

Convenient location off the highway and to the mountains. Great view and room included necessary amenities.

Turn down the heat in the common areas when the weather outside is warmer. Front desk staff more educated on access to the ski slopes and/or modes of public transportation to and from.

Location was perfect. Room more than adequate for 2 people with all kitchen facilities available. Plenty of hot water.

Definitely the 5.00pm check in time. Too late for everything, finding somewhere to eat. Everything closed due to soft season. Also no breakfast available so have to find places to eat at.

We came earlier and the front receptionist had no problem checked us in. They have a resort map with clear instruction on how to locate our room. I like the wood floor and cozy fireplace. Plenty of kitchen utensils, garbage bin separated waste and recyclables has lid to keep any smell out of it. Bed and pillow is very comfortable.

As expected for the price. Close to bus to BC and Vail. Decent sized suites with fridge and all you need. Plenty of parking. Helpful staff, even called us shortly after checkout to report a lost kids toy.

Only decaf coffee in the room upon arrival. WiFi was spotty.

Christie Lodge allowed parking when arrived early because we could get out and ski. Bus stops right outside up to Beaver Creek lifts. They also allowed an earlier (3.30pm) check in as room was ready.

There was no trash-can in the kitchen (only the bathroom). I advised the front desk.
