The bed was very comfortable and the view of the foothills from my window was amazing!

The room was great overall. There were just a few minor things that could have been better: toilet paper was wrapped on the back of the toilet rather than on the dispenser, a piece of toilet paper was stuffed in the peephole on the door, presumably from the previous occupant, and an armchair by the floor lamp would be a nice touch instead of just the bench against the wall. Also, is there a way to keep people from shouting in the hallways at 11:30 at night? It seems like this in an issue no matter the level of hotel.

We picked this Hotel based on location and we were breaking up a journey from Nashville to Savannah. It was located beside the interstate which was exactly what we wanted. The staff were lovely and helpful and the room suited our purpose very well. It was a one night stay. Next door was an excellent Mexican restaurant with a lovely vibe, great food and very nice staff so that was very convenient as we did not have to get the car out to find somewhere for dinner. We were given a nice quiet room which was appreciated and parking for the car was excellent too.

The breakfast was nice apart from the coffee.

A nicely renovated hotel with spacious, nice rooms that include a large sofa and big mounted smart tv. The staff members I interacted with were nice at check-in, check out, and when I called the front desk to inquire about a late check-out request which they approved - I loved having that option sent to me the morning of check out via link to my phone. The hotel is clean and modern. This was my second stay here and my boyfriend's first stay and he kept saying how good of a hotel I picked. He especially loved the window curtain that has "Macon" with a design of the city on it because he is from Macon so that made him smile.

The only thing that makes this stay not absolutely perfect is the fact that the smart tv's won't connect to the hotel wifi so you can't actually use the streaming apps like Netflix or Hulu. But the hotel does have an abundance of channels including all of the HBO movie channels so me and my boyfriend were still able to find good movies to watch.

Convenient off the highway. Room details with customer in mind is great! Long bench for luggage and seating, desk with round mirror, long mirror by bench are all awesome. iPhone ports on night stand and desk are great.

Room and bathroom floor didn’t seem to be cleaned as well as usual. Faucets didn’t seem like they were cleaned very well. There was old dental floss on the floor. Do you sweep AND mop floors, clean bath tub and wall? Improvements would be to cleaning detail, add more door/wall hooks to bathroom to hang more than one towel and clothing while showering. Use fabric type shower curtains so they can be washed. Plastic ones tend to smell after several uses if not. A wall electric plug near the long mirror would be a plus for drying your hair, etc.

Upon arrival Lisa the front desk manager knew me time I walked in She was such a pleasure to talk to and and answered all my questions with patience and clarity She gave me the layout of the property and areas to shop The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable The hotel was quiet No nosey neighbors I had a phenomenal experience I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in that area Go Try It Out For Yourself Thank You Lisa & Wyndham🤗

The only issue I have is the breakfast I would have liked some bacon 🥓 I really don’t eat sausage

*Very clean *Beds comfortable *Pool and workout facilities seemed pretty nice but did not use, only glanced at *Room a nice size and comfortable - had a variety of seating, nice size fridge, nice size and well outfitted bathroom *Staff friendly and helpful *Breakfast is included and had several options- biscuits and gravy, waffles, pastries, grits, cold cereal - lots of grains not a lot of protein

*I'm only 5'4" but toilet sat uncomfortably low *Breakfast needed a few more options - only beverages were coffee, water, and a strange/ unpleasant (to me) peach flavored drink (tea and/or traditional juices would have been nice)- eggs were pretty wet- would have been nice to have bacon or other meat

I was very shocked when I walked in the room. It exceeded my expectations. The decor was wonderful and the room was super clean. I ended up staying 3 more nights at the hotel. The plan was to stay there one night and find something better but this hotel was amazing. the front desk ladies were beyond pleasant and helpful.

The rooms were clean and very spacious. It was a very good experience. When we arrived, there was an accident in the parking lot, and the staff was so patient and helpful to the guy whose car was wrecked.

It would be nice if they actually told guests that their holding fee is $100. I don’t mind it, it’s just that they didn’t exclusively say how much the fee would be. So making this clear is needed upfront so proper arrangements can be made the guests.

The room was exceptionally clean, with a comfortable bed. We stayed in a King room and it offered functional space ( including a small couch) & storage. The room felt both comfortable and modern. Included breakfast made starting the day easier. A couple eating options are within walking distance and many others by car close to the hotel. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

No complaints about stay..

I really like the staff at this location. Have stayed here a couple of times now, and they are super friendly and try to be helpful. The location is great and has things close by

I don't like that now on 2 separate occasions during my stays that my room has not been cleaned even though I do NOT have the do not disturb sign up. Nobody seems to know why my room cleaning is being skipped
