excellent location! close to restaurants and beach! apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay! The staff are so helpful, did everything they could for us. beds were comfortable too. overall brilliant apartments and would stay again. Tirrenia - overall was a lovely place, nice bars and some restaurants. A few things you should know, when exploring get the bus its so cheap but you must buy tickets before riding from a shop, there is one near the pharmacy by the bus stop, - there are no taxis here, if you call one they charge you to come from pisa, so a €7 taxi becomes a €28. There are 2 free beaches 10 min walk in either direction, Most of the beaches charge, even if you sit on a towel near the water they ask you to move, although not expensive around €9 a sun-bed. The food is pretty much the same in every restaurant- pizza, seafood and pasta. I am not a huge seafood fan, so struggled with the food, but managed to find something each time. The marina has small rock pools and a stoney beach. I recommend visiting Livorno via bus to Bagni Terrino - small complex cost about €6 has a swimming pool, slides, cabins, sunbeds and direct access to swim in the sea. we had a great day.

The apartment was new, clean, there is lots of space. The apartment also has lots of storage space. The staff at the reception was very helpful to us and flexible. The local Coop is just around the corner, within 2 minutes walking.

Nothing to do with Beverly Residence, but on a Monday evening customers at the Bistro that's opposite the Apartments were talking loudly until about 1am. As it is a beach resort, it is to be expected, but it was difficult to sleep.

The location is very good (shop, restaurants, cafes and the beach are very close). Was quite OK to find free parking at the street except for weekend. There is own parking which needs to be booked to get access.

Asking extra charge for Air Conditioning in Italy is not a good service - it has to be included. Apparently the hairdryer is upon request at the reception (we did not know that). The rooms are only partially separated (furniture and not the wall). Only one powder cube for the dish washer for 3 days. I recommend arranging direct access to Mary Bagno beach for all guests at special price.

The first thing I liked was the size of the room, the second was that the parents' bedroom was separated by a bathroom from the bedroom where the children were) It was comfortable and cozy.

There was no microwave oven, but this is not a big problem, there is a large induction hob, and a cafe is within walking distance.

We checked in and out at odd times - and host accomodated us smoothly for it. Kitchen was clean and well equipped to cook family meals.

- (very minor thing)TV is small and not smart to cast anything from phone.

Friendly Receptionist. The size of the 2 bedroom apartment was great for my family of 4 people. The room smelled nice. The beds were comfortable and pillows as well. The kitchen was well equipped. Washer and dryer in facility.

Duvet blankets would be nicer than a sheet and an old wool blanked. The bathroom was tiny. I've never stayed in a hotel where I had to take trash out myself to the nearest recycling area.

The room was very nice and spacious. We were close to the beach and restaurants.

The toilet in out room was placed right in front of the sink, making it really hard to use. We had to sit sideways.

extreme loud and noisy, as it feels there is no sound insulation at all ... you can hear everything from left and right and above ...

Clean room, friendly staff, large rooms. Great location. There is a cafe nearby where you can have breakfast. Close to beach, shop. Outside of high season it was quiet and pleasant to live here.

Good location if quieter holiday bus stop easy access. Shops near by.

Thought bigger apartment as on picture. But it was adequate for our needs.
