It was faultless.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and happy to help with anything I needed, and room service was fine and timely.

The room had a bit of a musky/humid type smell which I think was due to the aircon. When I turned it off and left the window open the smell got better, but obviously it's quite hot in Bali so I had to turn it back on, and the smell returned. You get used to it after about 5 minutes so it's not the end of the world, but you do notice it quite a lot when you leave and come back in.

The staff were really kind and helpful - my husband was sick but they helped us with an early check in and some medication recommendations! The pool on top was surrounded by greenery which helped create a relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect - convenience stores, pharmacies and restaurants all close by. We also ate at the Café near the lobby which had delicious food.

There were some clubs nearby which made noise until the early hours of the morning which could be heard from our room. It didn’t bother us but if you are sensitive to noise, it could be bothersome.

The location was very central and convenient to get around. It is within easy walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and clubs. The rooms are comfortable and clean but lacking having draws to place your cloths. Being close proximity to clubs, it can get noisy but adds to the excitement for your holiday.

The main negative was the room not having draws to store your cloths.

Speechless about the friendliness of the staff. They even know your name. Good central location. Great breakfast but also dinner is good. Services are very well. And security is friendly. Really recommend

I think the central hallway near rooms can have an little new paint or deco. For the rest all is fine.

located on one of the main roads, close to most things I love about kuta/legian - poppies lane, beach etc.

fridge didn't work, replacement was loud and noisy that we moved it into the bathroom. Sometimes people came home late and were noisy. It is right in the entertainment/late night bars strip so I'd expect that anyway.

Location was fantastic. Staff were great. Going beyond to help with any requests. Breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable and the room big enough for 2 people

It was just a funny smell as you entered the room. A smell that you sense when you enter a room that hasn't been opened in a long time. Otherwise everything else was really fantastic.

Great location & room was exceptional. Pool was beautiful & breakfast and restaurant was great value for money. Overall a great hotel for the price.

Loved everything. Night time is abit crazy and loud but exactly what you expect with the location. Once ur in the room though, you can hear anything.

Not expensive at all. Room, lobby, swimming pool are great. Location In the middle of everything, shops, restaurants, bars,money changer...the staff always smiling and ready to help. There is an area in front of the hotel where you can sit and have a view on the street outside while having a drink or food. I recommend it. I will go there next time

The property was very close to everything, I was greeted by a lovely staff member who assisted me with my bags to the reception. The entire stay was perfect from start to finish

I like the cleanliness and the fact it has everything I needed. Cold fridge water tea and coffee station bathroom amenities. It had everything that was required for me stay.
