I liked the ease of self check in process and simplicity of adding extra services. I was also pleased with overall cleanliness, AC in the room and easy access to the garage.

Nothing extremely bad. There are some minor things that could be improved. Beds vere somewhat hard and lighting was not very intuitive. It was hard to figure out which switch turns which light. Some sort of signage would be helpfull.

Excellent and hazzle free self check in. Hazzle free inexpensive 2 click Twint electric car charging. Excellent bed, quiet aircon, huge room with huge sound proof windows. Bathroom with toweldrier, huge shower. Relatively large and quiet fridge. Excellent emergency instructions. Excellent restaurant. Super helpfull friendly staff. Top location next to Lidl/Migros/Denner and train station.

…, well, …the TV is a bit small, but not too small. Worked perfect.

Very modern hotel. Good parking. Modern big room. Hard comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Good tasty dinner in the restaurant downstairs.

A bit too sophisticated... One should be quite tech savy to manage and getting around with everything.. Having keys is dependent on phone and internet connection which is scarce in the garage and the wifi is hard to get (a text message is needed to be received but usually isnt). One of the group was also checked out prematuraly and couldnt enter the room anymore in the morning. The power and blinds switches are not easy to use and quite confusing (too sphisticated. There is quite a loud noise from the street.

The room and bathroom are nicely spacious, cozy and clean. The self-check-in was easy to use, and it’s quick to get to the city center from the hotel without being in the middle of the chaos. The location is definitely good.

The garage is rather narrow and somewhat challenging to park in, especially if you have a slightly larger car. The beds were okay, but the pillows were too soft. I think having both a softer and a firmer pillow available could add to the comfort here.

Very new, clean, stylish, well located for a stop before crossing the Alps. Very friendly staff at good breakfast buffet.

Noise from the trains at night. Technology in room to operate shutters and light complicated. Check in software not intuitive and not operating well: it didn't confirm storage of details for passport 1, only 2 but stored it. Didn't allow issue of 'keys' though Help said enter the other 2 passport details. After entering just 1 of the 2, the keys were issued. Digitalisation taken too far, simple code issued earlier would be much better also for mobile phone and battery reasons.

Big generous family room. Great bathroom facilities lots of storage for luggage. There hotel was indeed a smart hotel with no staff directly on hand. This took a bit of getting used to be but surprisingly we managed without a glitch.

I suggest having a telephone - hot line ready to explain to guests that the hotel is indeed smart and that everything works via the smartphone.

Breakfast was great. A bit on the "minimalistic" side of things but no need to have a huge selection. It did what it promised. I also quite liked the ability to handle the check-in myself without any hassle and the WiFi setup was pretty straightforward. Staff was very friendly and approachable and asked how my stay had been so far and also asked for feedback so feel free to let them know if something isn't up to standards.

The room still smelled quite new but that's probably due to the fact that it recently opened. Aside from that I was also a bit confused about all the different lighting modes next to the bed but after some trial and error figured it out. There was also a sort of mechanical whirring within my room that sounded like pipes within the walls or some mechanical gears but that subsided eventually.

Air-conditioning was superb!! Very comfortable beds. Very clean, modern and new hotel. Check-in, getting digital keys was all seamless. No issues at all. Right at the highway, but totally quiet. Didn't hear any traffic at all.

We booked 2 rooms. My room's A/C was fine. The other room had an A/C that was slightly noisy but it wasn't a huge problem.

Very nice modern looking rooms with a comfortable bed and a great shower. I absolutely loved the floor and wall tiles. The key system using the app on your phone is great and works very well. The staff is very attentive and responsive, and I loved the interaction via whatsapp. Breakfast is good and the coffee is simply amazing. It's also located right next to the train station. Will come back for sure if I need to go back to the area. Absolutely recommend.

Walk to station , supermarket, service station has food if it's Sunday and supermarkets closed , all literally across the road. Modern rooms, highly recommend 👌 Gym is great !! The room key and entrance is sent to your phone (I downloaded app) , easy to use , just slide across and your door unlocks.
