No one was overly loud or bothersome in any way. It was a great place to rest and relax for a day and a night and would stay there again!

I did not like some of the ammentities missing in my room.. ex: there was no coffee maker or a couple toiletry items that was listed would be there. And parts of the room we're worn and marked up with scrathes and stains. But it was near the door and didn't bother me enough to change rooms or not want to stay again.

The room was clean and fresh everyday

There was a lot of drug addict activity outside, the police were there 3 times...also when checking out a woman and her boyfriend were in the lobby and she was yelling the whole time...I felt bad for the worker...thank God she was behind the glass

We had tried 2 hotels before this one. When I got to this one I walked in to check in and immediately saw they had tons of cameras around the property. I don’t usually like hotels that the doors are on the outside but when I saw the cameras, and the fact that they were standing there watching I felt a sigh of relief. It was a last minute booking as the other 2 places didn’t work out. They immediately accommodated my kids and I and were very quick to get us in! The room had been remodeled and looked great! They even cleaned the room and made our beds while we were out the next day! I’ve never stayed anywhere that does that! I will definitely come back if I am back in Raleigh!

The fridge was a little too small but we made it work!

The room I stayed in this time, i have previously stayed here before, was very clean and spacious. It was perfect for just a night or two. I had an issue with the first room but staff handled it immediately and inam very satisfied with.my stay.

The first room i was in i had an issue with. But, staff was extremely quick in fixing the issue. So i am very satisfied with my stay there.

It’s a good “we’re going to be out all day and need somewhere to sleep” place. The staff is very nice but it’s not the best hotel you’ll ever stay at. The Mexican restaurant next door is a must as well.

It’s not “dirty” but it could feel cleaner. I’ve stayed in rooms here with writing on the wall and heavy smells.

The rooms were nicer than you would expect for a budget hotel in this part of town. We'll lit parkinglot and regular police drive throughs gave us a sense of security

It's in the hood. We knew that when we booked it. It's south of downtown, so it was close to our event. Not bad for a bunch of musicians on tour, maybe not where you'd want to take your family.

The staff here is wonderful I love all of the housekeeping ladies they're so nice and do very good work the front desk is always friendly and polite comfortable wonderful king size bed clean excellent Mexican restaurant right next door convenient gas stations and stores loved it continued to stay frequently

Only the noisy traffic that's really the only thing but that's anywhere you go

The location was great- I was looking for a weekend getaway for my birthday, alongside a bit of business planning.

The facilities were great; however, the panhandlers in the immediate area are very aggressive in their begging.

Breakfast is simple toast with your choice of butter and different jellies/jams. Fill your own cup with fresh coffee or cold juice.

Lighting is very dim in the room and the bathroom. Once in the shower it's difficult to see. I would also appreciate more than 2 room keys and 2 bath towels considering there was 2 adults.

Because I booked online. They kept locking me out of my room 😭 with annoying. Rude receptionist.

Didn't like that at all. Because I assumed you pay and I paid through booking it was settled. Ok I made mistake. I know now. They could of did better. By knocking on my door. Instead of daily locking me out. 😂 CRAZY. Because of this don't want to use this hotel again. Rude rude ok
