The restaurant was very clean and staff polite professional and served with a smile. The dinner and breakfast was freshly made and the fruit was fresh. Shout out to Elvin for understanding the assignment of making my coffee to my liking, strong! Our room and bathroom was clean with fresh towels. Hallways were clean. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. Guest service staff was polite. Complimentary parking was my decision factor in deciding to stay there. The parking lot was well lit.

There was nothing I did not like.

The lobby was bright and spacious as were the rooms. The bed was comfortable with nice sheets and fluffy pillows. The bathroom and shower were spacious. Everything was looked new and clean.

The restaurant was convenient being right in the hotel lobby but my food was terrible. The caesar salad was swimming in dressing, the salmon too salty and sat on a bed of spaghetti with a strange orange sauce. I was tired and hungry, so I ate it. The staff was nice. The wine was good.

Vicinity to the venue we were attending was fantastic. There is plenty of parking, room was great.

We arrived prior to check in and waited until just before 4 to head in. We were told the people had checked in early and the king room that we reserved had been taken already, and it would be some time until now were available. Many other guests experienced the same. We waited approximately 10 minutes and checked again and were in luck. I don't understand why our how this mix-up happened, but I was glad to have it resolved quickly.

Noise coming from panel near window didn’t happen all the time but it did. Not having a pool or hot tub. Some of the waitress we would ask for something like Sal, pepper, and sugar packets and would just bring the salt and pepper. Had to get up and get it from another table. This happened a few times, another time we asked for straws and a cup for the baby and straws were brought but no cup, had to ask for it again and then we got 2 cups.

All the good things you’d expect from a Hilton - staff welcoming and helpful. Room very comfortable (and excellent view of the New York skyline - extra for that though). Breakfast buffet or a la carte so that was good too, as were the choices.

No complaints (one minor issue was fixed straight away, ie in 5-10 mins

Staff at the desk to be commended. They were extremely attentive and helpful. The restaurant staff were great! Our server was wonderful and the chef is incredible. We were staying because the hotel was a 2 minute drive from the hospital my husband was at. It made us very comfortable because of the location. Thank you everyone there.

Nothing!!!!!!

For the most part everything was great, the place was gorgeous and comfy beds and ohhhhh the showerrrrr! I wish I could take the tv and shower with me everywhere I go! Best shower I EVER had in my entire life! Thank you to the lady with the cute and sparkly pink nails for being so sweet and understanding!

My only quarrel is that when we went for breakfast (after we were told at check in that we get free breakfast with booking.com) the staff seemed like he didn’t belly’s and said “so far it’s no but let me double check.” That was rude he could’ve just quietly double checked with the front desk.

The hotel was very clean! The rooms were clean but ready for new carpet. It was nice having the 24 hr coffee/tea/hot chocolate! The staff was incredible with their professionalism, extremely helpful and always had on a smile!!

I wish there would have been a fridge and microwave in the room.

Easy check in, location great. Room good size.

You can hear everyone in the other rooms, even when they are simply flushing the toilet. Toilet also did not flush properly. Usable, just a little annoying!
