Location was wonderful for kids

The cue and the mess around the sunbeds ! The gate to the pool opens at 9am l and you have people queuing from 730am !! To get beds by the pool. The hotel needs to allocate beds to each room on a daily basis using the numbers on the umbrellas ! This way no one would argue or run like manics when the gate opens ! We didn't use the pool due to.this reason! Very disappointed 😞

Beautifully presented hotel, especially as Christmas period. Immaculately clean in all areas. Room was cosy and well presented. Pool area and outside bar is lovely.

Waiting for the lift was a pain as stopped at every level even if nobody waiting. Restaurant offered unlimited buffet for a reasonable price. Unfortunately food was not very nice and some food was undercooked. When I advised the manager, he didn't apologise or take it away , just ignored the fact.

The good, Great room with a sea view, spotless hotel, breakfast, plenty of sunbeds, right on the beach, walking distance to most bars and restaurants and the staff were a great bunch of people who always had a smile.

The Bad, We were unlucky to be sharing a great hotel with a group of people that did nothing but drink and fight among themselves. Some of them looked very young to be drinking alcohol but that did not seem to be an issue. We did raise this issue with the management but they did nothing. One of our group, a 63 year old lady was asked at knife point for money in the lift, and again we brought this to the managements attention and again nothing.

The cleaners let Themselves into Our room every morning while We were still in bed , even though We had a do not disturb sign outside. They apologised and promptly left, but every morning? Also €5.50 for a pint is very Irish, we walked to Cocos down the road instead, where pints are between €3 and €3.50 That said, will definitely return, just love it

Really nice hotel very friendly & helpful staff throughout the complex. Spotless rooms with a beautiful view. Also the balcony is really private which we loved. We had a B&B package and very happy with the standard and range of food. Also we Loved Salitos beach bar

It was peak season when we were there and the pool area though very large and well maintained was packed every day with no beds available after 9am. Towels out early every morning and I just can't be doing that crap. We went to the beach instead. I do understand that it is really hard for the hotel to control this in fairness.

The hotel is situated right on the beach and close to a beautiful coastal walkway. It has great facilities for children and families. My daughter loved the pool activities and afternoon kids club. The staff worked hard to put on a fun and enjoyable evening show for adults and children. Perfectly located for a sunrise view.

I was underwhelmed by the evening menu in the buffet restaurant . We had paid for HB, so felt obliged to eat their most evenings. I regret doing this. The food wasn’t terrible, and everyone found something to eat, but it wasn’t great either with the exception of the Mexican themed evening. It was good.

We absolutely loved our stay, we have been before. Our only drawback was our room was very claustrophobic, we didn’t realise when we booked that it would be like that, so next time we come we will book a room with a view.

Hotel good location, all areas clean, room cleaned every day, staff in all areas very good, Breakfast very good, pool area very good. overall highly recommended for a family stay

unfortunately our room was close to the bar & function suites so noisy until 0230 most nights also which is no fault of the hotel residents noisy throughout the night. Hotel needs to review its use of DJs that play Irish republican songs celebrating terrorist organisations

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Definitely best I've been to. From the second you walk in it's oozing with class. We were beyond impressed with how clean, beautifully decorated and well organised every inch of this complex was. Especially given the size of it! Perfect location, just by the beach and walking distance to the main spots. Bus stop just outside the hotel and cheap market if you self catering. Animation team was second to none and entertainment within the hotel was top class. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, can't fault it even if I try. And given all that - great value for money. Highly recommend!

The location was perfect—just a short walk from the beach and with beautiful sea views. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, and we really appreciated the friendly staff at reception and the restaurant. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The only downside was the parking situation. Instead of charging a daily fee, it would be nice if hotel guests received a discounted parking rate, or free parking. That said, there are some free parking spots in the nearby area, although it takes a bit of searching. We were informed at reception that the paid parking spaces are also free between 9 PM and 10 AM.
