Very spacious. Loved the open concept and kitchen area! Perfect for a group of 5. Plenty of seating. Loved having 2.5 bathrooms. The double vanity was perfect for my girls in the guest room. Loved the floors in the master bath. Large closets. Guest service is stellar. We had a small toilet leak and within an hour it was fixed. They respond promptly to inquiries and are very nice. Straight shut down main to downtown. Very nice accommodations.

Beds are very firm. Not comfortable. You do hear the people outside at night hours because of the businesses in the area. It’s a bit disturbing but nothing major. Would also be nice to have window coverings on the shower windows. Although neighbors are not close it’s a bit uncomfortable to have a window in the shower wide open to the outside.

Couch didn't convert to bed, reservations said would sleep 5. Parking was taken by bar patrons taking most parking.

location at first felt a bit concerning - but learned to love this funky, up and coming location. Easy into the city but lots of fun little neighborhoods to explore. Apt was cute & hip...everything you need. Via text - the "management" was always responsive.

only 4 + 1 HC parking in bldg (they did have additional parking 1/2 block away). Pillows were large and hard (good if you like that - fine for my husband) but i needed to use folded towels. No additional blankets.

Great location & well designed with all the basics you need. I would definitely recommend it.

The only negative was the sofa bed was not comfortable & lacked bedding.

The apartment was super nice. The living area was lacking in comfortable seating. Sofa was small and hard. We had to use chairs from the table as there were 4 of us.

The parking garage had like 5 spaces, so you had to cross a street and leave your car in a sketchy looking lot. However, nothing was bothered the 2 nights. We also had to pay it appears like 30.00 per night to park. I don’t remember seeing a charge for that in my reservation…. But I could’ve overlooked it.

The location is great for activities in Nashville. Easy access to the building and spacious apartment.

If you are a light sleeper, the street noise can be a lot. Parking is an issue, especially on the weekend. Staff was prompt in responding on additional parking that is 5-10 minute walk to the hotel.

I love the decor! I love the modern appeal of the apartment! Those windows overseeing traffic was a nice viewing! I wish I could live there on a daily basis! Wonderful host; easy access to everything! I will definitely be booking again when I return to Nashville!

It states there is a "pullout" couch in liv room. It is a couch. Remove cushions from back . Not pull out. There was only 1 sheet for the couch. Blanket and pillow. Mattress pad and bottom sheet would be nice. And a comforter. Specifically let them know ahead of time we would be using it. And to please have ample bedding. And asked about pullout. Reply was....it will be as stated in description.

The appartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen well equiped, the rooms had a very good size, very closed to ammenities.

A little noisy at night

It is a great location. It is close enough to the downtown area, but not close enough to avoid traffic. It had all the cooking utensils you could want, and the interiors were amazing.

Despite charging a parking registration fee, the parking area is too small, only holding five cars, two of which are compact cars.
