I was lucky to have found this new hotel. Over the years, I have stayed in many airbnbs and a few hotels in Brussels—some a lot more expensive than L avenue, and none has given me the memorably pleasant stay as L avenue. L Avenue is a great hotel in many ways, but the most important aspect of this hotel is its staff. If there was an Olympic games for hotel staff, the staff of L avenue will all get the gold medal! The director (Mr. Leroy), many people at reception (including Mr. Andrea), and ushers—all were highly professional in terms of providing help, but their kindness was genuine and not superficial and fake. You truly feel they were happy to do whatever it is to make your stay pleasant. I am very thankful for all the care they provided. Seeing is believing! Experiencing is believing! You have to come and experience it and you will know what I mean. The hotel provides an excellent, tasty, and healthy breakfast, which could be called a brunch. ($21) The business center is well lit, with comfortable chair and great ambiance. Although I didn’t cook, the small kitchen in the room was helpful. My room was along the main street, but it wasn’t noisy at all. The views from my room was fantastic. (Pics attached.) Hotel is close to main shopping area accessible by tram or bus, or on foot (which I enjoyed). I even walked all the way to Grand Place, enjoying all the beautiful small alleys of the city. There are two supermarkets nearby and it was very convenient. I know where I am going to be when I come back again. Thank you, L Avenue!

1. Great location (Brussels-Centraal & Midi are both 15-20 min drive, a convenience store located 3 min walk, popular retail shopping area 15 min walk) 2. Extremely clean, well maintained and very classy establishment with modern facilities 3. Staff was very friendly, courteous and eager to help especially the concierge team 4. Spacious apartment with everything you might need for a brief or long stay 5. Air conditioning & Internet were great

1. Dishwasher kit present in the room had only one dishwasher tablet, we were there for 5 nights so had to get more from nearby convenience store for the other days. Room facilities booklet mentioned more dishwasher kits could be "purchased" from Reception. Not ideal and not expected. 2. Perhaps some large black bin bags would be helpful for daily trash 3. We had a PET water bottle for use in the washroom which we stored in the wardrobe while we were away so the cleaning staff would not throw it away as trash. We were surprised to find the bottle missing when we came back. From inside the wardrobe! No more than a minor inconvenience but still unexpected.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The way the space is arranged is incredibly thoughtful, each area feels distinct and purposeful. The design is also beautiful, with a great sense of taste and comfort. I especially appreciated the books scattered throughout the rooms, a nice touch that made the space feel both inspiring and homey. The location is also perfect, and the view over the brick building framed by large trees was truly pleasant.

I would have preferred a better blackout for sleeping. As someone who enjoys total darkness at night, I missed having a true blackout layer. But aside from that, everything else was excellent.

The room was lovely and bright. On the 8th floor with lots of light. Comfortable and modern and has a fully stocked kitchen (fridge, microwave, stove and Nespresso coffee machine). Good air-conditioning too. The best part about the hotel is the breakfast area. It looks like a modern library/lounge interconnected with a bar, which is also next to the reception. It really works. It's beautifully designed and very relaxing and welcoming. At breakfast, the seeded bread and butter they offer are divine! Also most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially the consierge.

The only thing that was a bit unusual, but doesn't make much of a difference, is that you enter the hotel on the ground floor, but check-in/reception is on the first floor. On the ground floor, there's a concierge behind a small desk who will welcome you upon arrival and explain everything.

We stayed there only for one night, not even for 12 hours as our Eurostar train was cancelled. As we were upset about the train and didn’t care which hotel to go to, I booked this one without even looking into and it was perfect. This is what I needed there and then. A beautiful, chick suite with balcony and sofa. Immaculately clean and fresh. Lovely toiletries and very comfortable bed. Staff was just amazing. Very helpful, smiley, accommodating and understanding. It is a little bit far from the city centre. The suite has a full kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, big fridge, etc), so it is perfect for self catering. Absolutely lovely. Thank you for turning our miserable evening into a charming evening 🙂

1. The location was perfect - Walking distance to the bus (No. 38) and tram to reach the centrum. Plenty of eateries around to fulfil different taste buds. 2. The staff at the concierge, reception and housekeeping was professional, polite and helpful. We forgot to ask the name of the lady who cleaned our room on 1st Jan 2025, she cleaned the room exceptionally well and was so good in her approach. 3. The room was perfect with a terrace- It had all the necessary arrangements needed to be comfortable. The rooms are exactly like portrayed in the pictures!

Nothing at all. We liked everything.

Excellent location, close to the Horta Museum and on Avenue Louise next to the Vleurgat stop. The hotel is tastefully decorated, and so are the very comfortable bedrooms. The beds are great, kitchen well equipped. Breakfast offers enough variety, albeit small (catered buffet). The parking space is small but spacious and clean, leading directly to the hotel (do reserve). We had a great time reading the design and architecture books in our room, what a lovely idea ! Everything was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful, from the cleaning staff to the Breakfast ladies, reception and concierge. We will come back !

The Junior suite is very nice with a typical Brussels view. Facilities in the room are very good. Breakfast is very nice.

Service is passable - but not good enough for such a nice and expensive hotel. Seems to be difficult to get qualified staff. The two elevators do not have sufficient capacity and are being used by staff (who probably do not have alternatives) and blocked will loading the elevator

L-Avenue is one of the better hotels we have stayed at. The room is more like an apartment and is extremely spacious and clean. It has a small kitchen and everything you need to make coffee or tea. The bed is extremely comfortable and large. The shower tub is right next to the bedroom and the toilet is in a completely different part of this room/apartment, which is always good. The location of the hotel is also excellent, right next to the tram station from which the tram takes you to the city center. There are several restaurants and bars in the vicinity of the hotel. The staff was extremely kind and friendly. All recommendations!

Good location with plently of local restaurants and quick and easy access by tram to the centre of Brussels. The apartment with its kitchen facility was spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The staff were polite and very helpful. The reception desk on the first floor had a spacious bar and breakfast area on either side. 24-hour concierge on the ground floor.

Not having direct control over the temperature of the room. But I imagine we could have asked reception to adjust it had we wanted to.
