The pool was a little cold. My Husband found it unbearable and had to get out after 10 minutes. The room needs a little scrubbing the baseboards are filthy but the beds and the rest of the room was ok. The Buffet Breakfast was suitable for the money we paid. The outside grounds need a little TLC. There was a pile of garbage outside one of the side entrances. I mentioned it to one of their staff and a day later still nothing was done. I took it upon myself to clean and dispose of all the garbage that was near the entrance. The lock on our room door was not securing the door properly. That kind of makes a person feel very uneasy about staying at this hotel.

Breakfast was tasty with lots of variety, i.e. French Toast, eggs, sausages, bagels, cereal, juices, tea and coffee. I found the location convenient for my activities with easy access to downtown, the mall and the highway. The staff were excellent! They could not have been more helpful or professional. I was at the hotel in June and the lilacs bordering the property were in bloom. The perfume was Gorgeous.

This hotel was great. The room I originally booked was smaller than I expected and the front desk staff did an amazing job of getting me into a suite, especially considering it was an extremely busy weekend. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious. Everything was amazing!!!! Will definitely be back.

The hotel room was comfortable. The children had an excellent time in the pool and breakfast had enough choices that everyone left feeling full. There was even options for myself and being celiac there typically is nothing.

The only complaint that I would have is chip crumbs left of the floor from a previous guest. Which left me wondering did they vacuum beforehand or was it just a quick swipe. Other then that the place was wonderful

The breakfast was good...good selection of hot and cold breakfast items. Staff were professional, pleasant and courteous and very helpful.

While, I understand that there really isn't any way to predict how many there would be for breakfast on any given day, I do not think that one should run out of items, for example, yogurt!

Didn't find the front desk staff friendly My booking was for a family of 4 and we had 2 towels in the bathroom No bottles of water in the room Used the lobby bathroom no soap in the dispenser and there was a bar of soap to wash your hands...

Comftbul beds, appreciated comp hot breakfast in the morning, staff great. We booked two rooms and were given interconnected rooms with out asking which was a nice surprise.

Location was out of town just off a motor way so you would need a car to get around.

The staff were great! Especially Jenny, the head of the cleaning staff, whom was very accommodating by allowing my father-in-law to use another hotel room that had an accessible shower. She was amazing!

The washrooms didn’t have a ventilation fan.

Loved the clean rooms and the gorgeous view. The mall is just 5 mins away and lots of restaurants and cafes to pick from. Centrally located, great rooms. The washroom and rooms were beyond amazing. We loved our stay here.

Everything was great. No complaints.

Staff on front desk and breakfast duty was the friendliest of all my travels so far in 2025.

Had to leave early and wasn’t reimbursed because I was 1 hour and 30 minutes over the 24 hour notice. Not good for business.
