The property itself is very secured. They have a arm guard around the clock. Nothing really happens, but it’s to protect the tourist that are staying here nice and friendly staff. When people come in from the outside, they had to hand in their IDs. The property is right in the heart of of the downtown action. It’s only five minutes away from the beach and Sosua. Very good price on souvenirs

Location was great. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning lady was lovely. Free breakfast was solid.

Room description said blow dryer but there wasn’t one, I guess I could have asked but didn’t so that’s probably on me. Also no clothes iron.

I wanted a jacuzzi nd there wasn't any working at the time. I wanted to b on the 1st floor then they put me on the 3rd floor for 1 night ,nd I received a email confirming I can hav both requests no problem.

The property was nice, clean but a bit outdated and overpriced, the food was good and affordable.

If your a guy on that missions for a certain kind of trip this the place for you. Great food good security you can bring unlimited amount of guest. The staff is nice and welcoming.

The room was constantly kept clean by great room service in a prime location.

There were a few power outages, albeit breif, but would put that down to the region rather than the hotel itself.

Breakfast was included and very good. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent location.

They are currently redoing some of the rooms. Construction was evident but not too much noise and no noise early morning.

The guy at the reception was amazing, very helpful and professional, and a great guy. The Restaurant staff are very proactive and friendly, good food and a good environment. Great experience as a first time customer, highly recommend this Hotel.
