The bed is sooo amazing and comfortable. It’s a great place if you need a break from all the noises in touristic places

When we arrived we didn’t get much explanation about the hotel and it’s different parts - for which the main manager excused later and kindly showed and explained all. Without that we would have been lost to our destiny.. Also People don’t understand that in places like Agra or Jaipur the tourists are constantly asked to buy something, pay extra, give money.. sometimes it’s just too much.. if you than get to a hotel where you wanna have a break from it all but you get shopkeepers which are also asking you to go to their shops, staff expecting tips for every little thing.. may this is how it should be, but I don’t feel a client should feel obliged to constantly give money.. than a doubt comes if all the kindness is only out of expectation?

The bar staff, didn't like the fact that we'd got vouchers for the bar on 1 for 1 at the bar between 1pm - 6pm & 20% discount in the restaurant & 500 Rupees discount as well , they did honour or 1 for 1 on bar & 20% discount, after some agreements with them ,but would not honour the 500 Rupees discount

The food was good but due to heavy crowds they had to keep lids open hence a little cold. The experience they managed to deliver inspite of the crowd was super good.

Room Sizes could have been bigger for a 5 star , I finally got upgraded to premium room with bathtub but it felt suffocating while sleeping being too compact.

The stay was amazing. The buffet was delicious and ample of options. Both the breakfast and dinner was awesome. We had our 1+1 happy hours as well , though it was not reflecting initially to the hotel management but they did arrange it on request later. Very nice behaviour of stuff and ambience and decor was excellent being the Christmas night

Beautiful hotel inside and out. Really liked the bedroom which was comfortable and attractive with all the necessary amenities for our trip. The food throughout was also great for all meals and the services were very helpful. Well located and friendly and courteous staff with a great welcome.

It was clean and hygenic. Food was tasty at Mughal Room and also for Breakfast. Variety of food was adequate. Had coffee which again was very good. Person who served us coffee was prompt and courteous. House Keeping staff was very courteous and prompt. Rooms were located from where Taj Mahal was partially visible. Excellent view.

Excellent front office . They let us keep one room for extra time as we had to go to Taj . Dinner at Mughal room was excellent

The breakfast was very ordinary, guests not attended well. Food quality wasn't upto the mark either.

Very friendly staff and especially helpful and friendly duty manager. Good buffet, comfortable bed and located in a quiet part of town. We arrived unexpectedly early and there was no trouble checking in. Great value.

Staff are friendly, hotel has large quiet grounds. This was first 5* hotel built in Agra - in 1970s. Showing a bit of wear around the edges, but everything works. Definite value for money.

Upmarket hotel conveniently located about 2km from Taj Mahal. We spent two restful mornings using the large swimming pool and sun loungers.

Room needs refurbishing and could have been cleaner.
