The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff who greeted us was polite and friendly. The room was clean, the reception area clean and inviting and the breakfast was tasty and very gool.

We were informed about a "happy hour" when we arrived. The lovely young lady at the front desk seemed overwhelmed as she attempted to answer phones, check in guests and "serve" happy hour. We thought there would at least be nuts of pretzels with our beer, but that did not happen and we felt sorry for the lovely employee who could have used some assistance.

Claire the eveing receptionist was great making us feel welcomed! The hotel has free happy hour + she was the bartender. Free breakfast was well stocked by the friendly host. Bathroom stocked w Dove Shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion. Cracker Barrel restaurant is next to hotel. I felt safe staying there.

Freeway & parking lot noise. TV channels don't give you any information on shows.

Everything was perfect 👍🏽 locations to different varieties of restaurants, shopping. Staff was friendly, rooms were ample of space to feel comfortable.

If I had to change anything, it be the variety of breakfast. It was tasty, but if you stay more than a week it keep of starts to taste the same.

Friendly staff, clean lobby area, clean halls to room. Good sized room, everything was functional in room. Nice pool, fitness room, and there was even a pool table room.

Happy Hour was Monday-Thursday,I would prefer Tuesday-Friday because I was there Thursday and Friday night .

It was clean and comfortable. And the front desk agent was extremely helpful when I checked in. I had forgotten my toothbrush and deodorant, and he was able to provide complimentary travel sized ones for my use. Game-changer. Also, the breakfast was better than expected.

The room was clean. The included breakfast was really good. Loved the waffles!

The fan in the bathroom was really loud and did not have it's own switch. Girl at front desk could have been more friendly. There were small blood stains on the towels.

The toaster was good which is hard to find. Room was very spacious and clean.

Did not care for the breakfast. The "egg omlette" was tasteless. TV control did not have a Guide on it. We found this very difficult to find the stations we wanted.

Kids running like crazy almost all night above us, although we talked to the hotel staff they did not stop. That was a bad night, we couldn’t sleep

I forgot my shoes and a nice gentleman in your staff call me to let me know. I don't remember his name but he was at the front office this morning and gave me my shoes. Thank you!

Some of your front office staff can be a little more friendly and smile.

Room was fine, should have got the odd # room not facing the fwy. Breakfast was very good with a great selection of food. If you left hungry you had a problem. Freeway noise wasn't too bad. Close to a lot of dinner options.
