The hospitality presented by the reception staff is excellent. Buffet breakfast was good and tasty, and when we wanted to keep our luggage at the lobby for full 8 hours while waiting for our flight, they do so with a smile and without questions. Definately our next go to connecting hotel in Japan. Price is affordable for the services that you get. Location is very strategic, right smack in middle of town and 5 minutes walk to train station.

Location is the key advantage to the shinkansen and local trains ( 3 mins walk). Hence, shopping and restaurants are within 3 mins walking distance. The room is abit tight with additional roll up bed, but it is fine for twin sharing. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

The bathroom is rather small as compare to the other standard Japanese hotels. No bottle of mineral water provided during our 1 nite stay.

The good location to travel in toyama, and easy to continue to others, Tateyama, etc. Nice reception and check-in and out process. Good delicious breakfast buffet and one special menu for everyone. This is very nice place for me and my family, hope it's for everyone as well.

Some night time the air conditioner is pretty high temperature. I dont know why, but wait around 1 hr , it backs with cool, thanks for it comes back to wrok ,😄.

Spacious; good selection of toiletries (offered beside the elevators); proximity to Toyama Station; gigantic dollar store in the basement floor of the same building; large airy reception area with sofas-great for meeting local friends.

Reception counter clerk (female) was nonchalant during check-in and did not make me feel welcome at all!! However, the older male staffer that stands near the elevators in the mornings was very friendly--big contrast!

Beds were nice, and allowed suitcases underneath. Decent amount of space for two people with large suitcases

AC in our room didnt go below 20, and since it was very warm outside it got a bit too warm in the room. No laundry service which is a shame

Perfect location across the street from the train station. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable. There was a good selection for breakfast, a fabulous view and great staff throughout the hotel. They really went out of their way to help non-Japanese speakers. We will definitely return on our next visit to Toyama.

Good location for stopover. Mcdonalds nearby at toyoma station. Small amusement arcade with claw machines walking distance with many western eatery options. Shopping centre on hotel floor. Good for supplies. Cheap shop a few levels down for soft drinks. Phone chargers etc etc. Beds comfortable, bath nice. Very good buffet breakfast, coco pops, croissants, bread for western kids.

The location was fantastic just walkable distance from the Train station and there are a lot of eateries nearby making it an idea location. If you are planning a trip through the kurobe gorge and the kurobe alphine route, this is a fantastic start off point.

Very close to the station,just cross the street. The shopping malls are nearby. It is convenient for shopping. The room is simple decorated and comfortable.

After extra bed is added, there will be no space for walking. The water pressure should be higher . Shower is not strong enough.

Great place and very friendly stuff! The only thing that could be better is that there is no laundry place in the hotel, but there is a small laundry place very close to the hotel so it was convenient for us!
