Wonderful Stay at Bitzaro Boutique Hotel! Our entire stay at Bitzaro Boutique Hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful. They even assisted us in renting a car, which made exploring the island so much more convenient. On my birthday, I was pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine and a lovely “Happy Birthday” card image in the room – such a thoughtful touch that made my day feel extra special. The hotel was spotless, with excellent cleanliness throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with a variety of fresh and tasty options. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy every moment. We truly felt more than wonderful during our time here. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back!

I don’t really know where to begin, because words fall short to describe how special our stay at the Bizarro Boutique Hotel has been. We had booked eight nights in this fantastic hotel, but unfortunately, my boyfriend and I had a car accident during our holiday. From that moment on, the staff did everything they could to help us. Every single day, they came to the hospital to see how we were doing. They even brought us breakfast, so we still felt a little bit at home during those difficult days. When we were finally able to return to the hotel, extra amenities were waiting for us without us even having to ask. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, peacefully located, and still close to the city centre. The interior is beautifully decorated with a modern, warm atmosphere that immediately makes you feel comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and very generous, with lots of fresh options every morning. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer lovely views of the surrounding area. But what really makes it special is the genuine warmth and care of the entire team. We have never experienced such personal service anywhere. We didn’t feel like just guests, but truly welcomed and cared for like family. We are incredibly grateful for everything the hotel and the staff have done for us. We will definitely come back here many more times, because you rarely find hospitality like this. This hotel deserves all the praise and appreciation.

Staff was very nice and helpful! Assisted with renting a car, made recomandations and were genuinly friendly. Place is in general clean (could be a bit better: shower head from the ceiling looked really bad).

The bathroom has no door, neither does the shower. A glass door separates the toilet from the rest, but inappropriate and uncomfortable setting alltogether. Entire bathroom gets wet when showering. Sink also almost unusable (except hand washing). You cannot wash your face without spilling water all over, because of the odd faucet and it's placement. Breakfast was ok, but again, a bit strange. No juice in the morning, selection was ok, but not wow.

Absolutely fantastic stay. First of all, I made a huge error during the check-in process, and Bitzaro had no obligation to help me correct it, but they did. I’m really grateful for their flexibility on this matter, and was ready to give a good review regardless of my stay. But the stay was fantastic too! Extremely clean, modern rooms, comfy bed, great A/C, balcony and outdoor drying rack, cosy robes, great shower and lots of toiletries. Perfect room for a clean, cosy rest after a week on a sail boat. Exactly what we needed. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Receptionist organised us a shuttle to the airport (and promptly berated him on our behalf for being late - hehehe), the hotel held our bags from morning til check in, friendly and tasty breakfast service, beautiful lobby if waiting for check-in or pick-up. Thanks Bitzaro for going above and beyond!

Considering the level of service, the clean and modern rooms and the central location, we felt that Bitzaro Boutique Hotel was excellent value for money. We were given great recommendations of where to eat and the best beaches to visit. The staff also helped us to arrange a rental car during our visit. We really enjoyed our time here and the yummy breakfast every morning!

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff are incredible, the location is perfect. Only a 2 minute walk to the main square. As it’s a boutique hotel you feel like you’re the only people in the hotel as you dont see other guests except for breakfast. We heard no noise at all and the beds were so comfy. Breakfast was delicious and the pancakes were the best! We rented a car , so there was parking out front. However one night we couldn’t get a space so the hotel have a small area out back. Overall I had an amazing holiday and will definitely be back.

The shower was an issue a few nights, no water at all or no hot water but I think this is an issue with all hotels and not just ours. So make sure to shower at off peak times :) I saw a comment about the rooms being small but as we were not going to be in the room much, I didn’t opt for the bigger room. However when we return, I will definitely book the bigger room as there wasn’t much space to move around with the luggage in the room.

Bitzaro Boutique Hotel is situated within close distance to restaurants, cafes, shopping and Zakynthos Port. The hotel is modern, comfortable and meticulously clean with all modern amenities that are expected from a boutique style hotel. Their breakfast offers a vast variety of local foods and typical light breakfast meals. The staff at Bitzaro were pleasant and very helpful.

I could not fault it.

The hotel looks very good, it is well maintained and clean. Regarding breakfast, it was varied and tasty and the staff was very polite. It is situated at a two minutes walk by the center of the town. There are many stray cats, thin and hungry nearby but that's the situation on the entire island and that was a sad thing for me to see. If you can take some cat food with you and improvise a bowl of water for them, I'm sure they will be very grateful. 😔

We had a room with partial see view. It was nice but a little bit small. Also the nearby beach was a disappointment, but you can enjoy night walks along the water's edge, admiring the boats.

I give 10/10 for the hotel, the room is new and clean, the staff was super nice and helpful, they help me to get the quotation for car rental and taxi service with reasonable price The breakfast was awesome, they have a free breakfast menu with 6-7 choice with a little breakfast buffet. The coffee was good, the best I had in Greece for 2 weeks. The location is good, I took the ferry and coach to the island, I walked from the bus station to hotel for about 15 mins. Easy walk and saved 15-20 EUR. It’s quite hard to find a parking space along the main street, but no worry, there is a public parking space in front of the hotel, and a private hotel parking space at the back of the hotel, perfect!

Everything. The hotel is really lovely and in a perfect location to explore Zakynthos town. A fairly quiet pebble beach with umbrellas and changing rooms is directly across the road and the main square is about 5 minutes walk away. And yet the hotel has a real neighbourhood feel a bit away from the tourists. We loved the location. The hotel itself is fabulous: spotless, elegant, cool even on a hot day. The bathrobes and toiletries a nice touch of luxury and an excellent breakfast included in the price. A bit expensive but completely worth it. A fantastic way to end our trip around the Ionian islands. We flew home the next day and our only regret was not spending another night here
