We were hurricane evacuees and traveling with a pet. The staff went out of their way to accomodate us and make sure we had everything we needed. This is an older property but comfortable and well located. Free breakfast was a real bonus - generous and delicious!

So many people were "dining in" that the trash was over flowing. I don't really fault the hotel since we were there under stressful circumstances, but it would have been a plus if there had been somewhere to dispose of trash other than the small trash can by the elevator. In room trash cans were not big enough either.

I wish I would have known about this property during the four years my daughter was at school at FSU! Other than the cost during graduation weekend, I’m sure they would be super affordable for the value. Comfortable, clean. The staff were very service oriented and nice. The free breakfast was as expected as standard fare - hot, well prepared, didn’t run out towards the end of the time. My husband said he appreciated the shower pressure! Definitely recommend for all future out of towners visiting their kids at FSU.

We had an excellent stay, our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot & cold with cold boiled eggs, yoghurt and little cartons of milk available in a separate counter top fridge fresh fruit is also available together with either an individually wrapped muffin or sweet pastries. We were offered a cold complimentary 500ml bottle of water upon arrival which is a nice touch. There is an excellent supply of teabags and hot water together with a self serve coffee machine available 24/7 just in front of reception in the seating area. In the afternoon there is also a large glass jar of complimentary cookies to have with your hot drink. We felt safe staying here and will defo stay again. Good sized car park with plenty of spaces.

The seating for the breakfast area is a bit too small for the amount of guests that were there when we stayed.

Convenient, very clean, great parking, and really wonderful staff! Excellent breakfast included - scrambled eggs, bacon, French toast, and superb coffee. A small detail I appreciated was that the lobby played really nice instrumental music, not loud pop. It was a really great stay!! I have tried many hotels in Tallahassee visiting my children at FSU and I have not been thrilled by any - Marriott, Hilton, Doubletree, and Indigo and I overall meh and they were considerably more expensive and louder. I will be back to the Best Western Plus for sure!

Not a thing!

Staff was constantly cleaning and repairing throughout the resort, making it feel like new.

Food quality at breakfast could be better. Variety was okay, but eggs, potatoes and such were all "hospital cafeteria" quality. Unappealing. Also, the coffee machine is awesome. But when it broke down for several days, not so awesome. You need faster repairs or a back-up machine.

The ladies at the front desk were so welcoming and kind, I got two free waters, they had free cookies that were actually pretty good, and there was coffee and tea and the lobby as well. Parking was easy, Peezy, and everything was overall clean.

Unfortunately, the bed was really hard, like probably the most firm and hard bed I have ever experienced in a hotel outside of a cruise ship. If it would’ve been just a little bit better, this stay would’ve been absolutely perfect. But the hard bed actually made me sore the next day, and I would hesitate staying again due to the bed being so firm. I like a firm bed, but this so was extreme, like laying on a table, it had no give.

The check-in process was so easy. We arrived early, and they let us do an early check-in, no problem. The receptionist was one of the kindest, most accommodating hotel receptionists I’ve ever encountered. The actual room was impeccably clean and smelled amazing. The bathroom was huge for the suite. All so clean and fresh. And the free breakfast was the cherry on top the next morning !!

Everything was above expectations. The breakfast was very fresh and tasty, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The grab bars in the shower were well placed.

It would have been nice to have had a soap dish or shelf in the shower to place your soap and shampoo on. I would have preferred full sized “standard “ pillows rather than the small fat square ones. Other than those two items, this was the nicest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay!! The whole facility is super clean and the staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel at home! Both Jackie and Metria from the front desk was awesome! This will definitely be my go to hotel anytime I'm down for a Florida State Football game!! They also serve hot breakfast which was phenomenal!! Hands down the best hotel breakfast I have ever had! Also the rooms are super clean, not one bad smell through the whole building, I was impressed!

Loved everything!

Big, nicely appointed rooms. Big counters in the bathroom for your toiletries. Updated mirrors. Terrific breakfast with eggs, sausage, potatoes, fruit, yogurt. Friendly staff.

Hard to find anything to criticize. Perhaps the fact that there are few places to eat nearby except fast food.
