The head of housekeeping is the best she went out of her way to take it upon herself to check me out of my room. I was in and clean my new room that I was getting moved to because I had to add days onto my trip and then let me check into it early so I wouldn’t have to leave all without even having to ask or anything. They’re just like here you go, sir you can go to your room now well, that was the first thing she did that was amazing. Well second it was. I left my very expensive Xbox one X in the room and instead of doing like everyone else the staff here actually put it up and I was able to retrieve it and everything was good. It’s literally a diamond in the rough this place. It’s been a pleasure staying with you guys.

Everything about the property is great. Some of the rooms smell a little moldy, but it’s to be understood because it’s usually the hot tub rooms that have that smell. Other than that. They use some really good air fresheners and the housekeepers really do clean heavily deep cleaning the only thing I would like to see is have some sort of warm continental breakfastfor the gas in the morning.

We are currently building our dream house over the next few months and we needed an affordable however nice place to stay. This place definitely checked both boxes. I was actually shocked at the level of customer service from the front desk clerks. I wish I could remember names. One was a guy who worked evening shift and the other was a lady who works the morning shift. Absolutely amazing two people. The room was fantastic also we had the king spa room, can you say hot tub by the bed with strong jets. Good bye aches and pains. I’m telling you I won’t stay anywhere else now that I’ve found Hotel Pensacola. Perfect

However , there was one little issue and it was with the smell being emitted from the air conditioning, it smelled like wet dog. But that was literally nothing,

Stayed over Labor Day weekend. Booked solid. Room had a significant AC leak from upstairs system. Significant moisture in room with DampRid and towels to mop the leak. Hotel management was notified. They have a relationship with another hotel down road. we were not familiar with area, and chose to stay. Hotel management notified again upon leaving, regarding issue. I do plan to stay again, as I believe this is a one-off.

the price for what we got was very good especially on such short notice. it was also memorial day weekend so that makes the value even better. the beach is only 20 minutes or so away on a straight road there. theres a lot of value here if youre just looking for a clean place to sleep and not hang out in the room much

i like firmer pillows but thats not really something that needs to be fixed. i should have brought my own knowing my preferences. i suppose breakfast could be more varied but again you need to take the price into account. the fact that anything is offered at all is gonna have to be good enough! though it does go fast

The room was located close to where I needed to be, however, there's not much around it as far as entertainment. I believe there may have been one restaurant and one coffee shop within walking distance (I mention this because I was having my car serviced and was without a vehicle). The employee who checked me in was very friendly and helpful (especially when the wrong name was accidentally put on the reservation). The room and hotel itself seemed very clean. The room itself was super comfortable and surprisingly quiet considering the hotel is on a major highway. The bed was extremely comfortable and the curtains were awesome (kept the room really dark even in the middle of the day). They do offer breakfast, but it is hand held/to go and extremely limited (danish, muffins, premade coffee, etc.), but welcome if you're in a pinch and there's not much around. They also have a small gym and pool. I would recommend/stay here again if I'm in the area.

There were a bunch of men sitting around the pool smoking so I didn't really feel comfortable and didn't want to be surrounded by smoke in the pool.

The hospitality of the staff was above and beyond exceptional!!my room was very nice and clean! The entire place is very well kept even the stairwells .ive stayed at this location several times in the past several years each experience was consistently outstanding.i highly recommend this hotel! Ill stay again and again

The breakfast is limited to granola bars and danishes would have been nice to have fruit and juice or cereal maybe a bagel instead

The clerk Carmen she was so nice to me and my family. Very sweet girl, very understanding. I was not able to.take.the stairs rhe elevator was down. Carmen put me and my family in the the Penthouse suite. I love how wide and spacious it was and the jet tub was very relaxing. I thank her so much for giving me a wonderful experience at this hotel. I'm from South of town and came to visit family I will use this hotel again. I love it's location as well. Thank you Carmen🥰

Broken elevator

The staff was incredibly professional and easy to get a hold of. When problems arrived, Frank, the person who was at the desk at that time, was incredibly helpful to me. The facility was in a great location, close to lots of food and gas stations. We were road-tripping at the time, and it was incredibly convenient coming in, and leaving.

Not much I can say that I didn't like. For an affordable price, we got an affordable space.

You can’t beat this place for the price. Large clean rooms, mine even had a near full size fridge.

The location is a little off the beaten path and not near restaurants so plan for that. A little too much room freshener irritates my sinuses. It didn’t bother me, but if you added a few bananas and apples to the breakfast offerings it would stifle some of those negative comments. For the price, no one should expect a buffet.

The hotel was surprisingly cleaner than most. I’m very picky and was expecting it to be of motel quality with indoor access. The sheets were clean the bathroom was acceptable. Check in was easy and the two young men were very attentive and professional.

It’s an older property. There is rust in areas like the tub, sink area, and lamps. The floors were not clean. They were sticky. There were stains on the walls. And even though it’s a smoke free hotel. You could smell stale smoke.
