The establishment seemed clean and modern. The room and bathroom also seemed clean. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The showers had consistently hot water. The free snacks and coffee in the lobby were a good perk. Entering and exiting the establishment was easy--even at night. Housekeeping is punctual.

The biggest complaint was that the rain shower head wasn't working. The toilet seat cover was partly broken. There was only two rolls of toilet paper and each roll had very little, so if you missed the housekeepers then you will run out of toilet paper very quickly. The toilet flush could be stronger. Having to accept the captive portal for the wifi daily can be cumbersome. The thermostat is a bit convoluted and instructions would've been helpful. Receptionist could've made more eye contact and smile once. Snack area does not get restocked and closes kind of early. The pictures are a bit deceiving because there are no couches in the room.

The breakfast was laid out nicely with many options to choose from. The attendant was very attentive to cleaning up the tables where guest had recently finished. Location was convenient, although heading south into the city was a bit more challenging from this location. Enjoyed the ability to secure a parking spot outside on North side of the hotel.

The only issue we had was that the elevator was out of service for the duration of the stay. The staff was accommodating in that they offered to move our heavy luggage bags upstairs to our room.

Very comfortable rooms and enjoyable outdoor area in the sun. Easy walk to the train station and tram stop. A lovely stay and great staff, thank you.

Very friendly to pets! I always travel with my dogs and it’s my favourite hotel ❤️ I always make plans for my next long trip with stop in this hotel. Rooms are very modern, bed is soft and always clean, enough free parking spaces, lovely personal.

We appreciated having the car parked very close to our room. Check-in was very easy as well as check-out. Breakfast was ok. It was nice to have coffee / tea available free of charge in the lobby during the day, as well as free drinks in the minibar in our room.

Good value, convenient location.

I extended my stay, but the staff member wasn't very helpful. Not only did the on-site price charge more than online, but cash not accepted. So, I booked online and did the extension that way.

The beds and room setup is amazing for the price. free drinks and coffee are great perk. location is not close to the center but walking is possible.

snakes in the lobi. It made me uncomfortable. I am an adult but this is something i find hard to control and I do not want to face it when I am paying for a vacation.

Hosting staff, comfortable room, neat and clean, nice location and very near Metro station everywhere easy acces.

Breakfast was not included in my package however Everything was perfect .

The hotel was super clean. The room was big and very stylish. The bathroom was the right size. Easy and fast late check in available.

Little minus - the bed was too soft for us.
