Ciera at the front desk was so sweet and so apologetic for the problem with our shower. She contacted her GM Talia and they did as much possible to make up the inconvenience to us. Ciera seriously made a difference for the better in how the situation was handled. I’m gonna say to everyone, stick to the golden rule people! Treat people the way you want to be treated! I gave her understanding and respect and she did the same to me!

The shower handle broke off so we weren’t able to shower. All of the rooms were booked up so we couldn’t switch rooms.

it was quiet and the beds were comfortable

The day we were supposed to check in i called the hotel to make sure we had a crib that we reserved for the room so i knew if i needed to bring my pack and play for my 8 month old. They told me they had cribs so i left my pack and play at home. When we got to the hotel to check in they told me all the cribs they had were broke and weren’t allowed to give it to me. i was really upset because i called to confirm and was mislead. at this point we had to go to walmart and buy one because my baby had to have somewhere to sleep. very upsetting. also some of the lights in the room didn’t work.

The hotel was easily accessible and located for easy access to where I would be visiting in the area. Quick check-in/out and great room location on 2nd floor. Quiet during the night. Did not take breakfast so cannot speak to quality and items available. Overall, cost efficient and a good night's rest. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Although hotel seemed to be relatively new, bed sheets could probably use a refresh as could feel pilling on the material. Was also surprised by an additional unexpected deposit charge, but after inquiry, was advised it would be reimbursed upon check out. It was credited back to my card within 24 hrs, but an upfront notice beforehand would be nice.

The room was great. Very comfortable. The location was perfect for what we needed.

The people in the room next to us had a dog that was barking very early in the morning when they went down to get breakfast. When trying to call down to the front desk to get them to ask the other guests to do something about the dog, we found that the phone was not plugged in, and the cord was cut off, so we were unable to plug it in. Had to get dressed and go downstairs to the front desk. The room next to us did not say they had a dog upon check in. Once called, they came up and calmed the dog down.

Great breakfast, also longer hours for breakfast big plus, location was great everything i needed was approximately 10 min away

Almost didn’t stay there i had to take a breather to relax due to how rude the man checking us in was , he was extremely rude and from looks of it was also having issues with other customers, he definitely was the problem. I was too tired to go anywhere else but he made me NOT wanna stay there.other than that everything was great!

AC is loud Tv control didn't work Ice machine in the 4th floor didn't work I have to go to the first floor to get it . And I'm not sure yet I need to confirm with my bank account but I got charged twice the $50 they says it wiil be refunded when we check out. Also is the first time I got charged extra fees and don't know why ? I need to wait for 2 more days to check with my bank and will update about this.

The staff are all so nice! Housekeeping staff were all very friendly and so helpful if we saw them in the hallway and needed anything.

Everyday is the same hot breakfast. Biscuits, Gravy, Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Potatoes, Waffles. I wish it would’ve been changed up a couple times a week. The hallways and stairwells weren’t as clean as they could be.

The overall look of the building was great. Very professional, clean, modern. The room was perfect for our family and everything was in great working order. The pool is designed for kids which was perfect for us! We loved it and enjoyed it for hours, which is exactly what we needed after a long road trip. Check in and check out were easy, and the breakfast was superb. The staff were not overly friendly, but they were professional and helpful overall. I highly recommend this location, especially for families!

Staff could have been slightly more friendly and pool towels stocked in the pool area. Otherwise everything was great!

New build hotel. Tastefully decorated. Good breakfast. Good value.

Tried to go back 4 days later but was not able to make the reservation at 11:58 pm. Hotel would not recognize this as same day. Was told that everything resets at midnight. This made sense until I was able to do make a reservation with neighboring hotel 10 minutes later (??). Front desk lady seems to actually enjoy the last minute countdown, so she could send us away. Much different experience then 4 days earlier.

Modern looking facility, good breakfast, comfortable bed.

Good wifi was critical for us. In our first room (second floor, west end of building) we had a strong wifi signal but no internet connection. Tech support could only suggest "disconnect and reconnect" which didnt' help. It seems like they have a router issue or interference on that end of the building. We moved to a different room on the fourth floor in the middle of the building where we were able to get a connection. The wifi issue added quite a bit of stress to our visit, hope they can sort this out. Staff was friendly though.
