1. Everything about this place was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent advice and assistance by our hosts. 2. Their warmth, hospitality and friendliness was way beyond what we expected. The house that we were in was private, homely and inviting. 3. Always nice to step in, and feel you are at a home away from home. 4. The beds were snug and warm and the throws a real treat! We went in the middle of Cape summer – Dec 24. What amazing panoramic views from our private balcony! 5. The stunning décor inside and outside the house - makes for good vibrations on entry into the premises. Lush and green outside. 6. The views from the top balcony was breath taking. Thanks for the lovely conversations - we learned so much from you! all was in good order and lovely. nothing to moan about. that part of the country is so calming charming and relaxing very good good restaurants and of course - Gin on th Stoep - a must!!!!

A wonderful hideaway in Riebeek Kasteel, luxurious accommodation, and feels as if one goes back in time with the tranquility of the secluded garden with a view, dramatic staircase and balcony. Bed extremely comfortable and the linen a touch of luxury. Loved the elegance of the decor and furniture, and shower. Phil a wonderful host and informative as to the area. Great recommendation as to The Barn for a delicious dinner, steaks perfectly prepared & plated, and sunset views. Venture to Eight Feet for lunch and the most tasty pizzas and refreshing cocktails whilst gazing across the across the Valley.

Villa Anna Katarina, the room is very comfortable and beautiful furnished, the view is fantastic, to wake up in the morning with a view of the mountains and the vineyards is like being in paradise. Lizette spoiled us with a fantastic bottle of Merlot for our 35th Wedding anniversary. Villa Anna Katarin is wonderful and peaceful away from any traffic noise and disturbance. You feel absolutely refreshed and ready for another year when you leave here. We will definitely be back as soon as we can.

The only thing that I did not enjoy was to leave this peaceful Villa and to return to the city traffic and noises. We will definitely be back as soon as we can.

The most beautiful accommodation. Everything about Villa Anna Katarina is so stylish and makes the most of its stunning surroundings. The view from our balcony was wonderful. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, we slept great. Only a few minutes from the lovely little town which has so much character and good places to eat and drink. Highly recommended, our favourite stay in South Africa.

We had a friendly welcome. Safe and Comfortable room with plenty space and beautiful surroundings. Nice drive out of the city to this beautiful town with a nice selection of olives. The host Phil made our stay pleasant. We will definitely come back.

Was lovely ... beautiful setting and a lovely home. Very comfortable beds, pillows etc. Nice nooks and crannies to hang out/sit in. Close to a few restaurants- walking distance. Very friendly and helpful owners.

There were quite a few mosquitos around at night but there were mosquito coils, roasted repellent lotion and an air conditioner, all of which helped.

Nestled in a serene corner of Riebeek Kasteel, the villa offers a peaceful escape. The well appointed ensuite included delightful touches, luxuriant towels, and spotless bed linen. The bed was very comfortable and the oversized pillows were super indulgent. Thank you Lizette for going the extra mile in arranging for the flowers in a vase and the Champers in the fridge - it really made my wife's birthday surprise truly memorable.

Our friendly hosts (Philip & Lizette) made us feel very welcome without being intrusive. The space was very well kept (and beautifully built), quiet, spacious and yet very central (5min walk to the center). Safe parking on the property. We loved a cat visitor and felt safe knowing there’s a dog on the property (but kept away from guests). Beautiful, romantic getaway!

The room was beautifully appointed and spacious with a private balcony. The bed was super comfortable and the attention to detail made the stay extra great. The host was welcoming and attentive and kindly allowed us to check in early. The location was perfect with a short walk into the little town. I would certainly recommend this villa.

Absolutely stunning villa and room. So friendly and helpful - they went out of their way to help us after an unexpected change in travel plans. Rooms are beautiful and everything to highest quality. We couldn’t recommend more.
