It's a nice guesthouse on a quiet place. Strbske Pleso is about 12 min with car, the next city Poprad also like 15 min drive distance. The house has a small pool, rather for children. It also has an own restaurant where you can eat anytime. The personal is helpful and friendly.

I had to sleep on slightly sagging mattress. The wellness was not available for every guests.

The area was beautiful, and the hotel was reasonably close to places. Service was good and staff really helpful.

We had an apartment that was great apart from the bathroom as there was no proper shower or a shower curtain, so the water goes all over the floor, even though we had the mat down when I got out I slipped. Luckily, I did not do any major damage to myself, but we had our mum's with us who were both over 70, so it could have been a lot worse.

Really nice small and organized hotel, with a homely and friendly atmosphere. There were lovely Christmas decorations. And very tasty food in the hotel's restaurant. I have stayed there with friends of mine for two days. We really enjoyed our walk in the nearby forest, no crowds, really beautiful nature, like in the winter fairytale. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The water in my room was not very hot, just warm enough to have a shower. I had a nice hot shower in the spa though, so it was Ok.

Was okay, nothing wow. Calm and cozy. The guys from the restaurant helped a lot at morning when our car isn't start. Thank you.

The lady at the reception wasn't very friendly. We booked the hotel because of the sauna. We might be use after a long skiing day, but she refused because we booked for only one night. So no sauna No pool access for us, unfortunately this was only the reason why we choose this hotel. And also was the special offer for dinner but also we couldn't take it because one night staying. They should posted the Booking Agent regarding that king of own policies. I never saw like that before.

The place of the hotel in a very quiet area, in the countryside. Its very nice to hear the birds and each room has a nice balcony. Very comfortable beds and large space in the room. The hotel offers wellness features at very fair prices. The staff was very friendly and super nice.

The shower did not have a wall hanger. This could a better management of the shower.

Absolutely loved our stay! The hotel's location is superb with beautiful surroundings. The pool area is a plus. Our kids enjoyed the great amenities, and the interior was charming.

Overall, the stay was pleasant, but breakfast was a bit disappointing. The variety was limited, and the hot food ran out quickly, leaving some guests without enough options

Breakfast is excellent. You really can't get bored in 5 days. The location is such that a car is required. Strbske Pleso is 11 km away - you can't walk. There are buses to the other side.

Anyway, everything is not bad: tasty food, orderly, clean. But wow, what is strange or missing. It is very strange to get and sleep in a 90 cm wide bed (dormitory type) in a hotel. I don't know what to do with the floor, but every step makes the biggest crunch. A TV is listed as an advantage, but who needs it (the TV in the room is still set to shop mode (with advertising, what a good TV :)). Maybe a fridge to cool your beer would be better? It's no secret that people who go to the mountains vacation here. And it often rains in the mountains. What to do with wet shoes and a jacket after returning to the room. I think the towel warmer must be working.

Staff was helpful (gave us a fan during the heat wave, helped with train schedule). Good breakfast. Good size room.

Very narrow single beds. We had a strange, sitting-only-bathtub which is nothing like the shower enclosure shown on booking.com.

The breakfast was good. The kids enjoyed it a lot.

The batroom doenst have enuf lighting an the shower area was very small for an adult.

Great position with very good transport connections 👌

Restourant menue was a bit basic. Breakfast basic but OK (go early if you want to have more choices)
