It was a last minute reservation. We arrived around 23 pm. Check in was smooth. We didn't attend the breakfast as it was not clear in the booking details but at the check out process I asked if it was included. The very kind lady at the reception confirmed that it was included and checked if the kitchen could arrange something for us. Luckily for us the buffet was still open with a variety of warm food to enjoy. We stayed in room 106 very spacious with 3 big windows and a lot of natural light. We didn't enjoy the facilities due to time restrictions but will definitely return and make sure to enjoy it double :)

Great location, a couple hundred meters from the ski slope, clean and comfortable rooms, good food, also possibility of wellness.

The restaurant/bar and even the common living room area closed at 8pm, which meant we couldn't play cards at the table and had to continue in our room, which was not comfortable, because had no suitable table.

Nice location in the forest. Very good facilities in the room. Free and easily accessible parking. Good wellness with several facilities. Very friendly and helpful personnel. The breakfast was satisfying with a lot of options.

There were no cups and a kettle in the room, but all were provided by request to a friendly receptionist. To have access to wellness you need to book it in advance. No toothpaste in the room.

Location is great if you want to work in calm environment or just relax. Outdoor jacuzzi is great and it's open till midnight. Breakfast was really good and rooms are clean and spacious.

Very nice place. There is a resturant aa part of the facility - good food, fair prices. Quiet place, big room. Staff, very friendly. If you travel with kids, there is a play ground as well.

There was no air-conditiin in the room. We were okay with that since somehow it waa not hot nor cold in the room.

Really beautyful hotel. Nice big rooms. Amazing spa ! I was suprice how nice new is the spa in this hotel.

Super kind staff, always helpful about any ask. Besides, the hotel was places in a lovely private part of Svit, where there was nothing apart from the hotel. It was like being in the nature. Most parts of the apartment and common buildings were built recently, and the wellness area was also perfect.
