The design of the hotel was just so perfect. Modern, clean, charming... Beautiful balcony view, underground parking. We had a perfect stay. The staff is very pro and lovely despite the lack of english. We were the only tourists not coming from Central Europe during our stay (which is not negative at all). The apartment was also very clean.

Not so many options for vegetarian even though gluten options are available. But it was still very good with good quality food.

The style and modern design. Fairly small and cozy.

Dining options. Dinner being available only from 6-9PM while spa and massage is available until 9pm. No a La cart option nor restaurant in the nearby location is available . Thus unless you shorten yr spa one won’t have a dinner at this property. We have run for dinner at 8:20 and were told by waiter that we are last and late…

Great place to chill in at winter, all possible wellness facilities including outdoor jacuzzi under the snowfall :) Stuff is friendly, meals and deserts very testy and of a great variety, rooms of a decent size, hotel is new itself so everything works as a clockwork. Many families with the small kids and toddlers, hotel is a family hotel indeed. Drive carefully, roads via mountains can be tricky.

Access to the wellness starts afternoon, so you will not be able to get there at the last day of your stay (check-out is at 10:30). But this is the only, everything else is awesome.

Location- easy access to main roads , close to many beautiful sites in High Tatry mountains. Decoration- cozy, warm, beautiful, clean, new, modern + traditional, functional, it seems they thought about everything in the 1 bedroom apartmen, it is very convenient for a small family. The privacy, space, 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen. You enjoy from the convenience of an apartment + the service and the benefits of the hotel. Great Breakfast! Surrounding- everything is green and beautiful. The pool area and the wellness center. Atmosphere- quiet, relax. Great value for money Parking Wifi Highly recommended!

It can be a little noisy at night when you hear the train- but not too bad and you get use to it.

Great and wide variety of food for both breakfasts and dinners. Staff was very friendly and helpful any time needed. Wellness was amazing, especially the external sauna especially at winter time.

In my opinion for the size of the resort the wellness was a bit small so it was pretty crowded sometimes, worth to mention that we were unlucky and each day some sauna was brokenor not working properly. Also the fitness was very small, I would say 2 people max. would fit comfortably but understand that it's probably not used very often or by too many visitors.

Excellent for families. Truly very children-friendly accommodation. There is a huge play room inside, a kid’s pool and outside playground. Also, the staff was very friendly and polite. The food was tasty and there were many options.

There is nothing I truly disliked but there are a few things that could be perhaps improved. 1. There is no full length mirror in the room. Just a regular one in the bathroom. This was a bit of a problem for me but fortunately there was a slightly bigger mirror in the lift which served its purpose. 2. In the wellness area there is no drinking water station. There is a bar where they will give you the water (free of charge) or you can order what you like. So however, having a bar there is cool and you have the option to have various drinks, I still feel it would be more comfortable to have the drinking water station in the resting space in the wellness.

A wonderful place, a home away from home. The rooms are spacious and cozy, the bathroom is comfortable and well-proportioned, the food is great. The playroom is well equipped for all age of kids. The staff speak excellent English and are very eager to help. The jacuzzi is surely great after a day in the mountains.

In the winter, getting to the Zubačka on foot is a bit of a hassle, but manageable. Food names should be also displayed in English and German as the place begun to attract international guests, and they should have the international symbols for allergics. The spa is on the small side, but that's not why one goes to such a hotel.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It looks fantastic, the food is unbelievably good, the spa is wonderful and the staff did everything to make us feel welcomed. It is only 15 min drive from ski slopes that we enjoyed every day.

The beds are very comfortable but the hotel needs to change the pillows. Everything is in Slovakian, the menu, the spa offers, the info around the hotel, but the reception staff is very friendly and will translate everything. It would help, though, to have everything written in an international language.

A good children's room for toddlers aged 1-4 years. The room is safe and interesting for children. Good location, with a partial view of the Tatra Mountains from the windows. The staff is very polite and pleasant. The hotel provides L'Occitane toiletries, which was a plus for us. There is a playground behind the hotel.

The choice of food for breakfast and dinner is very limited. If I were to stay there again, I would opt out of the hotel meals and visit a local kolyba instead. Also, note that the hotel has a very late check-in and a very early check-out. I have never encountered this before.

Everything about this place met my expectations! There is plenty parking in the resort so no need to worry where to leave your car during the stay. Train station to Štrbske Pleso is nearby so we almost didn't need to move the car at all. We were very warmly welcomed with glasses of prosecco :) The rooms were very clean and spacious, towels, bathrobes and toiletries were provided. Spa area is clean and we enjoyed using it (pool, kids pool, jacuzzi, 3 saunas, relax area), also massages are available. We had breakfast and dinner included and there were plenty options to choose from for both, especially the dinner was diverse so no fear from getting bored and eating the same every day. I would especially compliment the staff, everyone is very friendly, accommodating, kind and helpful.
