The hotel is located in a magical mountain setting by an incredibly beautiful lake. The room was very cozy and had all the amenities needed for a few days' stay. Pets are allowed, which was a big plus for us. The breakfasts were delicious, served buffet style. The reception staff were very polite and happy to help with any inquiries.

We were a bit disappointed with the dinner service in the same restaurant, as the quality of service did not meet our expectations. Additionally, there was a strange incident with the cleaning staff. One of the cleaners expressed annoyance upon seeing the cat's litter box in the bathroom, exclaiming, "Oh, these cats...". Considering we paid an extra 30 euros per day for having our pet with us, it was unprofessional for the hotel staff to show such dissatisfaction.

Allowing dogs to be in the rooms and bark all evening, is NOT pet friendly to the rest of the guests! The staff could not even direct us to Information nor to attractions. There were a lot of ants in our room and when calling the reception, they answered they can not help us! There are two sun roof windows with no curtains nor shades, making waking up early in the morning!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great - hotel is right at the lake, great views through the windows.

We liked absolutely everything! The staff was nice and helpful, the spa was good, the room was nice, clean, comfortable and everything you would expect from that kind of Hotel. If you go to the restaurant, don't miss the chicken soup. I think it is one of the best chicken soups I have ever had.

Wonderful, spacious and beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly need. A fantastic almost mystical view through the trees on the lake and mountains. The staff was helpful and even nicely packed us our dinner to eat at the apartment.

If you have a toddler, family and lots of luggage you do need to walk (about 100 metres) from your car and there is no barrier-free access to Villa Marina, although there is an elevator inside. It is no major hustle, just pointing it out.

Tiramisu! We were here years ago and they had THE best homemade tiramisu (in a 8 1/2 x 12" pan) in the WORLD!!!!! Also location is fabulous.

Tiramisu no longer had chocolate chips in the crust but otherwise was splendid.

We did not stay in the main hotel. We stayed at the Villa, which is on the lake. I have no review for the hotel, but the villa is amazing and if you can find a room there, it really wears the money.

The breakfast is to laugh at. Also, the behavior of the person I wouldn’t say is the best.

Beautiful location on the lake, excellent breakfast, and staff. We loved the slippers and huge bathtub. Excellent accommodation!

Fantastic view over the lake to the mountains. Wonderful base for hiking. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Extremely spacious room.

The Solisko Hotel has free parking, which is common with the five stars Kempinski Hotel. The Hotel is located directly on the lake shore. We had a spacious standard room with balkon to the forest. The room has an armchair and perfect lighting. The bathroom has lot of storage place, hangers and fantastic shower gel, body lotion with argan oils. The restaurant has exquisite cuisine.
