Everything was perfect, we got a room at the reception floor but we asked it to change it because of the noise and they changed it for us immediately and were very kind. All the staff we met during our stay was very helpful and proffesional. The apartment has everything you might need, everything is in great quality and provides a warm cozy feeling. The cherry on the top for us was the wellness which we were lucky to enjoy in private because there were no other guests booked at the same time. 3 saunas, jacuzzi and big resting area for 15€ is amazing deal. We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely love to come again!

Great hotel in the Tatras - the room was nice and clean. The beads were comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant that has great food for the same price as the local "budget" styled cafes and great Slovak food. Very close to the town center with all the shops and not far from the trailheads to most mountain hikes.

The only complaint that we had was that the room doors were a bit complicated to figure out - to leave the room doors locked we had to open the door, then remove the card, then close the door. If you pulled out the card before opening the door - it just remained unlocked no matter how long you waited or tried holding the card near the lock (it made beeping sounds but did nothing else). Maybe faulty electronics in our room, maybe intentional design, but it was a bit confusing.

Everything is perfect! Location is good, close to the small lake and railway station, shops and restaurants are within 5 min walk. The rooms are nicely designed and well equipped, soundproof is good. Breakfast is decent, if you come early :) SPA area is amazing and good value for money - there are a couple of saunas, jacuzzi and relaxing zone. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations, we enjoyed our stay so much!

Excellent hotel experience! The service at reception was outstanding, with one incredibly kind and helpful individual. We had a parking issue and she truly went above and beyond to assist us. Our room was more like an apartment – spacious, comfortable, with a generous bathroom, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a cozy bedroom. The fireplace was a huge bonus, especially since it was 0 degrees Celsius during our stay. The late checkout approval was also a tremendous help. Highly recommend!

Very clean and modern apartment. Great wellness zone. Kitchen well equipped, comfortable bed. I'm a big fan of a localization - the railway station just a few steps away, very close to the town center and the hiking trails, yet it is calm and silent.

The air conditioning did not work and it was too hot, even with the windows opened. The dishwasher did not work (or we could not figure it out). The lamp in the middle of the room was hanging too low and it was easy to accidentally hit it. The breakfast options were rather limited.

Our stay was enjoyable and great, however due to the high price, my expectations were also high and that is based on how I will rate the accomodation. A great accomodation, but definitely there are things to improve to meet the expectations. The hotel is quite new, the facilities and rooms are therefore of great quality. Nicely furnished, great design. We had all the equipment we needed in our apartment. The sofa beds are really comfortable, I think the best ones I have slept in. They are convertible to a complete bed, with a mattress. There is a spa also, which we used. Has 3 saunas, a jacuzzi, just what you need. The parking for the car was also convenient, in the underground garage. Possibility for online check in, which is a great idea.

I need to admit, for this price, I expect excellent quality. This has not been reached, as there are numerous things to improve. - The apartment was not 100 percent clean, we found hair in various places from previous guests. - When we arrived no one was at the reception, already another guest was there waiting for the staff. We had to call them, and wait for approximately 10 mins for them to arrive. Not a big problem, but if the reception is advertised as a 0-24, it should be. - In our apartment the wifi was mostly not working. The signal strength was too poor. Especially during peak hours. - I believe for such a price the spa needs to be included. You need to pay extra to use it (15 euros per person). Value/worth ratio therefore not the best.

Absolutely amazing. Not so far ago I did a renovation of my apartment and I regret not seeing the ones here before. Very well equipped, super comfortable beds, perfect location.

There was some constant noise under thw building. Some airflow, like ventilation or something like that. And very aggressive lights. Luckily there were also leds in the kitchen/bathroom/wardrobe so they could be used instead

A beautiful location, very easy to get to by public transport as it’s minutes away from Strbske Pleso train station. It’s well set up for self-catering and there is a supermarket a short walk away. The apartment is lovely. The bed was really comfortable and my friend who stayed on the sofa bed also had a great sleep. A coffee in the morning was possible thanks to the Nespresso and the complimentary pods. The added bonus was the bath- lovely after a days hiking.

There was nothing I didn’t like

We were staying in the top floor 2 bedroom apartment which was super spacious, with large balcony and superb view of the mountains. Everything is new, fresh and looks stylish. The train tracks and station is near but you really don't hear anything from there. Everything the village offers - restaurants, grocery store, lakefront are within a short walk. While staying here we figured that this location is better than some others across the railway in the "village center" so to speak - less people and cars in direct vicinity. Great cafe behind the hotel.

Majority of the parking is in underground parking. Some of the parking spots there are rather narrow. And they are by default assigned to specific apartments. We had a 9-seater van and just could not turn into our default spot. Thankfully that was quickly and easily resolved with the hotel staff and we got a place suitable for such large vehicle. Apart from that some hard to understand design choices inside the apartment, that amount to minor inconveniences. Like in the separate WC there is a small sink to wash hands, but no place to hang the towel.

Everything was absolutely fantastic! The studio was super cozy with breathtaking scenic views, and the kitchen had all the bells and whistles. The bathroom was fully stocked with all the essentials, including towels for every guest, and there was even a TV and a cute little balcony to top it off. I absolutely loved my stay in this accommodation, and if I ever find myself back in Štrbské Pleso, there's no doubt I'll be booking this hotel again without hesitation! It's a solid 100% from me!
