Always a pleasure to visit this hotel whether bus or private trip. Nice rooms and view. Spacious garage. Very decent breakfast. Attentive staff. Would recommend.

Nothing to dislike

We liked the room. It was nice and cleam, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, you are able to pick from many different types of food and beverages - very nice. Very satisfying experience.

Parking fee at the hotel parking lot for 1 night is 15 Euro. But there is a shopping center behind the hotel with a free parking.

Best breakfast ever! The bed was super comfy, the rooms were big and airy. The hotel is next to a shopping centre so easy to get food and supplies. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed here as our base to travel around Slovenia. We’d have hoped that the hotel was more helpful with booking tours and seeing the country, but they didn’t help us - wasn’t a problem as we booked tours online instead. The lifts were in great demand so you either needed to wait 10mins for a lift or use the stairs. You will need to get a taxi into the city centre but it’s only 10euros each way.

We went to this vacation with our family car, so location of the hotel didn't matter too much, however I think it's still a very good location, with a big shopping center and a Woop playground nearby. It's very easy to reach the main road from the hotel location and go where ever you like. Breakfast was really good, also every staff member was really friendly, receptionists are great, helped us with our questions about visiting Terme Olimia. The room was spacious, and very clean. Definitely would visit again in the future!

Parking can be a little tricky, those elevators that lower the car to the underground parking could've been just a bit more wider, but we managed.

Very good location. Next to a huge shopping complex with lots of shops and eateries. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big with all amenities provided. The breakfast spread was huge and very tasty too.

The shower in the bathroom is provided in the bathtub. However, the area above the tub to the ceiling is only partially covered by an acrylic sheet. Given the high pressure of the water from the shower, the bathroom flooring gets wet. It would be nice if a shower curtain is provided for the uncovered portion. The sensors for the exit and entry gate in the car parking were not working properly resulting in us calling the reception every time who had to actuate the gate manually.

Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food, and great quality. For breakfast I would give 15/10! Room was very comfy and spacious, and also clean. Air-condition worked well and it was very pleasant in the room even though temp outside was 34C.

Bathroom was a bit warn out, I didn't like the shower. It wasn't easy for usage and water pressure from the shower head could be better. Bed could be longer. If you are over 1.7m your feet would linger over the bed. Cleaning ladies start very early, so if you wouldn't like to be woken up at 8am you need to put "do not disturb" sign on the door. Parking price was very expensive. Location is not the best if you would like to explore only Ljubljana. But if you plan to go to another location every day, then it is good because it is near the motorway.

We were unexpectedly moved to the Grand Plaza Hotel (apparently as an upgrade), so I cannot say anything about Radisson, but Grand Plaza. The hotel is truly impressive – modern, elegant, and exceptionally comfortable. The staff were attentive and professional, the rooms spacious, spotless, and quiet. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and having a garage parking lot was very convenient. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations and left us delighted. Highly recommended!

The garage parking was really convenient, but somehow expensive (18 eur per day).

The hotel is well located if you're traveling through Ljubljana. The food is great, there is a nice bar and an excellent breakfast. The staff are nice and parking is always available. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Literally the slowest check-in I've ever seen in such a professional hotel -- and this was our second time staying here, same thing every time :D It's really weird. They have some strange processes and are just really slow in general. No idea why because the staff is really nice and friendly. You need like 20 minutes, minimum. The elevator also takes forever. It's just an odd thing because otherwise the hotel is pretty nice.

We stayed at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel in a Junior Suite, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The reception staff were helpful especially at the time of check out and the hotel's location is convenient — right next to a shopping mall and with easy access to public transport, though it's a bit far from downtown. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options.

We were a bit disappointed with the restaurant staff, who were not very welcoming. Also, during our 2-night stay, the room was not cleaned. We were told the night shift would handle it, but unfortunately, it never happened.

During the reservation there is option to choose the bad type. But it is not indicated that this is based on availability. Instead of a double bad we got two dingle bedide and it was not comgortable for a couple. Another surprise that at the check in they charged us with a 50 EUR/night deposit (the room was prepaid for 3 nights) which was not indicated anywhere in the reservation. Nit about the money, but nowhere else I experienced this. Csrd can be requested for guarantee, but charging it is a surprise. At the checkout the receptionist promised a quick refund, anything it means. After a day it has not happened yet.
