This lovely hotel is in a great location just on the outskirts of Ljubljana, but it is soo easy to get to the town centre on the bus just up the road. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. All the areas of this hotel are spotlessly clean. We had a fantastic corner room which was huge, with sink and fridge and a kettle. There is complementary tea, coffee in reception area with water. The breakfast had a great and varied selectIon, it was lovely to have the option to eat outside as it was love and warm when we stayed. There is also a bar in the lobby area. There is a supernova shopping centre within a 5minute walk with a large Mercator, cinema, shops etc. It was so easy to get to the airport and took us 25 minutes. With free parking this is was an excellent choice. You can very easily use this hotel as a base to do day trips. (Which we will do in future) The hotel exceeded our expectations and we will book this hotel again when we return to Ljubljana.

Staff was amazing friendly. Breakfast was 5-star. We liked the free coffee available at all time till 10pm. They tried their best to accommodate our requests. Rooms are pretty and modern. Shower was particularly great. Small fridge was useful as well as the microwave. Parking is free and a lot of free spaces are available in front of the hotel. Location is like 5 minutes by car to the city center, but would be better to not travel by car to the city if you can, due to the parking issues. Otherwise, car rental building has available parking but first hour 2.10 then 2.60 for every hour. Can be pretty expensive. Btc city is great for shopping and free parking but is far from city center.

One negative was that I saw people smoking very close to the main entrance and entrance was pretty crowded by the people who were smoking, it was pretty bothering, especially if you are coming with little kids with you. I also saw people smoking near the elevator. The other negative was that the WiFi wasn't working properly. If you are looking for a fast internet, then it may not be for you. I had to roam using my home country internet and it was expensive.

Quite a nice hotel with friendly staff, spacious room, fridge, hotel easy to reach from the motorway, easy-going free car park, very good breakfast, free coffee and tea and water in the lobby.

Car park in front of the hotel without light at night; quite dark. Hotel easy to miss on the street and without GPS since no easily visible panel indicating the name of the hotel is present. I drove past it and needed to turn a kilometre after to try using my GPS. The hotel is 5 km away from the town centre. The room could be decorated in a more charming way. People sometimes sit smoking in front of the entrance - a smokers' area should be arranged a bit apart, non-smokers happen to have to go through smoke to reach the lobby. As to its charm: Somehow, it is a 4-star Campanile hotel.

Everything was ok, as you would expect at such a hotel. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful, everything was clean, the room was fine, all necessary toiletries were there, air conditioning, all good! The breakfast was also good (remember to request your own portion of scrambled or sunny-side up eggs with bacon and salad - it is delicious!) The best thing (as far as I was concerned): the included free private parking right next to the hotel! It was excellent!

Room a little cramped Need to get to the reception to get hot water for a cup of tea. It is a little cumbersome Might be our mistake, but it seems that the room was not cleaned while we were there and had to replace our towels by finding a maid Due to some problems, the lights in the room were "ticking" after being turned off it was a real issue while trying to get to sleep. eventually we stopped using the main lights and relied only on the small bedside ones

We loved our stay at the hotel. We are on a trip to Europe and it was the best so far. The room was large, the facilities were excellent and extremely clean, but the highlight was the service! At the reception and in the restaurant/bar, we were very well looked after at all times. We would like to thank everyone, especially Katja, Masa, Gaja and Nina! You are wonderful, thank you very much for making our stay so enjoyable!

Everything. From the time we arrived and were welcomed to accessing swipe cards for our rooms, parking for our car, breakfast explained and the time it runs for, complimentary tea/coffee/hot chocolate, water and lemonade, two entry points to the first floor where our rooms were located, the ease in which we were able to orient ourselves to the local mall and meals for dinner, given directions from our ever helpful staff and all on first day and time in Lujbljana. Housekeeping was very efficient the next day as it happened while we were having breakfast. Thank you so much for making our stay a pleasure. We hope to return and if not we will recommend you to our friends and family.

Breakfast was excellent. Coffee machine was free all day. The location is on the outskirts of Ljubljana but close to a big mall so you can enjoy a quiet place while having some nice evening time without driving anywhere and the location is great to avoid the hustle of the city center when traveling around Slovenia. Staff was really nice and helpful. Room was pretty big and comfortable.

This hotel really exceeded our expectations. It might be out far away but there's a bus stop just across the road, bus 3 goes directly to the city centre. Ample parking is available in front of the hotel and it's secured by a gate. Close by is a gigantic shopping centre. Really spacious rooms, fantastic beds and bathroom. There was a tiny, handy kitchen and a nice table which makes this place ideal for work. The breakfast was ridiculously good. Excellent staff as well! They let us stay a little longer for free due to an illness.

Great staff, really helpful. Tasty breakfast with good coffee, fresh fruit, pancakes and a lot more. Location is not close to the centre but a bus stop in front of the hotel brings you in 15 min to Ljubljana centre. Hotel is next to a shopping mall, which is good place for shopping, eating at food courts etc.

Hotel bar closes at 22:00 but that is only a pitty because the staff is so nice.
