Breakfast is freshly cooked to your order from a small menu. Excellent. The communal lounge and house are beautifully decorated. The pool is very handy and so warm. Very very quiet. Staff are delightful and very accommodating. Security is good, although we didn't ever feel uncomfortable or insecure. Little shopping centre nearby (Woolies) and good restaurants too. Fridge in room. Lovely area, very central and quiet.

I was disappointed that the beach was so far to walk. Obviously no seaview. Room quite compact although you get used to it quickly. Only 2 sun loungers but many chairs and tables around the pool.

The breakfast was delicious

I felt time for breakfast was early as was not on business trip atleast if it could end @10 for me to enjoy morning rest

We had an fabulous stay here, Gail and her team make you feel welcome. They make you feel at home and it was my husband birthday on arrival and Gail greeted us with a lovely bottle of wine. The place is immaculately clean and cared for and breakfast freshly cooked and delicious. The guesthouse is in a lovely and safe neighbourhood and a short stroll to beautiful beach with views of table mountain. It is a relaxing sanctuary, with a nearby shops / restaurant / a short walk away & Uber was so easy to use to go to vineyards or pop into Cape Town for tourist attractions. We loved it and would definitely return and recommend.

Nothing - it was excellent!

We went as a group of golfers on a social golf tour and each and every person on our tour was immensely impressed with the hospitality received at Atlantic Beach Villa. Our host was very pleasant and highly accommodating with even the smallest request. She catered breakfast daily on adjusted times that were more suitable to our daily changing requirements and even though it required her to sometimes start breakfast earlier or later she still served us with a warm smile and was always in pleasant mood and the most gracious host. Her warmth came through in the divine breakfast she serves daily and when there any snack requirements in between she gladly catered for us as well. Our stay there felt more like home than just been a guest at a B&B. It was truly the best B&B stay-cation, with exceptional cleanliness and with the most gracious host ever!! That will be our permanent guest house of choice (home away from home) whenever we're in Capetown again and I would highly recommend the place to anyone looking for an awesome place to stay while visiting the city.

I could not fault the B&B, or the host on anything, if anything it was all beyond exceptional.

The breakfast was excellent. Different juices, choice of cooked breakfast, fresh fruit salad etc. The residence was further from Capetown than we would have wanted however the stay was so good it was worth the drive. All the staff were brilliant. Greeted us with smiles. So helpful. Place was spotless.

Nothing.I loved everything.

Everything was perfect about the place. Rose made us feel a home. We didn't even miss home, we felt like we were at home. Rose advised to have a braaion Saturday. We didn't know how to use a gas grill, she helped us. The breakfast was also perfect. Thanks Gail for making the delicious omelets. We made the place our own. We would go buy food and Rose would let us use the kitchen. Thanks Rose and Gail for your warm hearts, kindness and your passion for business you run.

There was nothing not to like about the place. It's in walking 🚶‍♀️ distance to sunset beach ⛱️. Rooms were perfect. Swimming pool was always clean and they have a system that keeps the pool warm at all times.

Good location for business in Milnerton, West Coast etc. Staff friendly and helpful

Room a bit small - no work space in room if you're travelling for business

It is a lovely place to stay ! The ladies were so adorable. The breakfast was perfect ! We planned to climb the lion's head for the sunrise so Colleen baked some muffins early in the morning. It was so nice of you. They do everything with all their hearts. We highly recommend this place for your stay Thank you
