The best and most memorable about my short stay were the hosts, Ronnie and Thelma. Just genuinely nice people, who couldn't have been more attentive, friendly, and helpful. The location is great, 15-20 minutes drive to waterfront, when no traffic. The room was clean and got cleaned every day. My room overlooked the pool which was nice. It was also great that there is an option to book without breakfast as I had other plans at breakfast time.

I stayed for 3 nights at Atlantic Breeze Guesthouse. Thelma and Ronnie are very friendly and helpful hosts, they do everything to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The rooms are extremly clean and well maintained like the rest of the guesthouse. If something breaks it'll be repaired at once. There's a pool in the tropical garden together with sunchairs, normal chairs and tables inviting you to sit outside. I'm not a breakfast fan so I skipped it but it looked great. The beach is round the corner and to be reached in a 5 minutes walk. Especially it's very safe, there's an active neighbourhoodwatch caring about the area including the beach. If you are looking for a peaceful area in CPT with an empty and safe beach, a clean guesthouse und excellent service African Breeze is the first choice. I will come back

The hosts are exceptionally friendly and stayed in contact. Breakfast was great, room decent size, all clean and comfy. Very charming guest house, love the little outdoor area with a pool and lapa. All well maintained. Very good, can only recommend.

It's a personal thing, I prefer a whole appartment to a room in a guesthouse. But that's just me, the stay was excellent, parking with a large SUV was a little cramped but doable.

Exceptional Stay at a Charming Hotel! Our hosts, a delightful couple from an older generation, provided outstanding care, making this hotel an ideal choice for guests of all ages. Their ability to cater to diverse needs was truly impressive. The hospitality we experienced was second to none. The hosts' warmth and attentiveness made our stay feel like a visit with family, filled with numerous thoughtful gestures. The guesthouse and its inviting pool added to the charm of our stay. We spent a relaxing final day by the pool, enjoying football and engaging conversations. Our 3-year-old son received special attention and kindness, even as he energetically explored the surroundings. The poolside bar is a fantastic spot, likely appealing to a younger crowd in their 20s as well. The hotel's location is superb, nestled within a 5-minute walk of exquisite restaurants. Ample onsite parking adds to the convenience. Our room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, featuring a spacious bathroom, a comfortable large bed, and a TV. The area feels much safer than downtown, enhancing the sense of tranquility. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cape Town. It's a place where comfort, care, and quality converge to create an exceptional stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. The owners make this place feel like home. They are very kind and friendly and they go the extra mile to make sure that you enjoy your stay. There is a braai (BBQ) facility too with a lovely pool to relax at. The room was very clean, and has a fridge which was a great addition. The shower has good pressure. Netflix included. The bed was comfy. It's a 4 minute walk from Seattle coffee which sells excellent high-quality coffee as well as Woolworth Food (a premium supermarket) which is very convenient. The internet/ wifi was reliable

Everything was perfect

Ronnie and Thelma are exceptional human beings. They treat everyone like family. There whole staff is always available to assist with every need. I really felt like i was visiting family members. The rooms are spacious and stunning. The area is welcoming and 200m to the sunset beach. I definitely recommend Atlantic Breeze would like to visit again soon.

If you like great hospitality and meeting new people and guests, then this is the place to stay. Thelma and Ronnie does an excellent job by creating a very conducive environment for people to meet each other without feeling uncomfortable. The facilities are well equipped and the back-up power is a big plus!

That I could not stay longer :) Nothing that they do not have control over. Information about when there is loadshedding could help. Otherwise, great!

Loved the hosts, friendly and knowledgeable with a warm welcome and a friendly daily catch up! Yet privacy was great too. Loved the central location.

Winter months: Room was a bit cold in spite of wall mounted heater panel, but ample blankets were provided. Perhaps some form of bathroom extraction would work great in the open plan room we had.

This guesthouse is run by friendly owners along with their friendly dog. Check-in was straightforward, all details how to get access to the room were clearly communicated, and requests by e-mail and Whatsapp received almost instant response. The beach that provides the postcard-picture views on Table mountain is just two blocks from the guesthouse, and it is absolutely safe to walk around in this area. Two blocks away you'll also find a small shopping center with a Woolworth deli that provides high quality food and wine. My room was equipped with fridge, toaster, microwave oven, electric water kettle, and cutlery.

Just a minor drawback: the WLAN was blocked for phone calls via Whatsapp.

For us, this was a great location with regards to Killarney Race Track. The bed was comfortable, and the area very quiet at night. We did not make use of any of the facilities on offer but had we not been going out we would most certainly have sat in the lounge to watch the Formula 1 on the big screen TV.
