The hotel was well located for transport Good value for money.

There was drunken noise after midnight from the other occupants. Doors opening and closing very noisy. There was no regard for people who were already sleeping. Sunday night was very quiet and peaceful Suggestion Please indicate when there should be quiet moments especially after midnight.

There was a microwave and coffee/drinks access all day and night. Would be nice if there were small meals or snacks/sandwiches to buy and not just the vending machine. Mr delivery and Uber eats are available and that is great. This is perfect and affordable if you are just looking for a place to sleep while touring the city during the day. Would definitely use it again.

The room was neat and tidy and all amenities were in good working order. Fresh linen and sheets were provided and the experience was much better than I had expected. The staff were friendly and polite, and went beyond the call of duty to make sure my stay was memorable.

There was nothing that detracted from the experience, therefore there was nothing that I didn't like.

I enjoyed the cleaning service, it was nice coming to a clean room everyday, the communal eating area was nice and clean , with fresh coffee any time it was needed

I didn't like that 4days I stayed there, the aircon was not working, and staff could not get it fixed and the TV should be upgraded to smart TVs for streaming

We needed additional space for a 6m trailer and they accommodated us. They have always been great and accommodating, the staff are wonderful and friendly and go the extra mile. I book my business guys in here all the time because we never have any issues whatsoever. Keep up the great work. :-)

The stuff was very friendly and welcoming especially Happy.The hotel rooms were clean.There was always hot water.The beds were completely comfortable.WiFi absolutely great connectivity. I really liked my stay at sun1 Milnerton.

I liked everything about the stay and the receptionist was so nice she is a very happy soul she made our day so delightful i was so impressed on how she managed to put a smile on all our faces zisanda was such a good host I even decided to extend my stay all because off her service even last week she was so good

Sun1 need to improve their hotels, lately we experiencing bad services, like some of the rooms air-conditioning doesn't work and remote of TV doesn't work , either it's broken or no batteries. Some of the rooms tv doesn't work properly, etc etc The receptionist wasn't friendly, and she was rude. She probably had a bad day and took out her upsetness on us.

everything was great and highly recommended, the price was fair internet was good, close to Century City shopping mall, close to restaurants in the area, and close to the beach and the city --only a few km drive (under 10km) secure and safe parking, coffee station and good seating area at the reception.

The staff were very friendly. Secure parking. Vending machine for a quick midnight snack if you struggling to sleep. The room was very clean and fresh. The bed comfy. The coffee was nice. Check-out was seamless.

The room was extremely small, you'll literally have to jump over your luggage if you want to move around. No leg room when using the toilet. Very little vanity space.
