We really were blown away by the wonderful caring staff and very spacious rooms. Lucko assisting us with any request with friendliness and professionalism and bringing it promptly. Junaid making every effort to make us feel comfortable at all times and checking in on us constantly that we were happy. Nomthetho, Tracey, Zama, Nomfundo did everything they could to make us as comfortable with our room, bedding and preferences. Gary and all staff were very friendly and he would even ask if i needed help to take my bags up. The staff were very attentive, we loved our room and the charlotte Rhys amenities. The room was spacious and loved the bath size was lovely to watch tv and have a bath. Liked that there was cutlery, dishes and microwave and little fridge was useful. The most efficient staff I've ever experienced. Staff came within minutes of us needing something. We could not believe the service and understanding and eagerness to make us feel comfortable and happy all the time. Felt sad to leave when we did as the staff became like our family away from home. Thank you so much, hope to come back soon as we miss you all even after just a week! The Singers are very lucky to have such a wonderful team!

the coolant fridge is not cool enough and a real fridge would have been better as our milk and cream went off quickly in the coolant. The noise at times from the other guests slamming doors down the hall and sometimes noisy hallways. a little dining table and chairs would have been nice in the executive suite if one wants to eat as the plates are very large and difficult to eat on without a table if one dines in. The pool looked nice but so far to get to. wish there was a pool in the hotel. Mattresses on the beds could have been less U shaped or rock hard and more softer in all types of rooms. wifi sometimes went off and we struggled to get it back on until the maintenance was there.

Hotel was extremely well appointed, The staff were very helpful and pleasant throughout. We stayed in a presidential suite with 2 bedrooms. Beds are extremely comfortable. The room was very spacious and comfortably fitted the four of us. It was well appointed throughout with air conditioning in every room. The kitchenette had a fridge, kettle and microwave which suited our purposes. Breakfast choice was extensive covering most cuisines and we enjoyed the hotel thoroughly. Hotel is in Century City which is a fairly quiet area. There are a number of bars and restaurants close to the hotel (within 2 minutes walk) but the area does go quiet after about 10pm (which suited us). There is a very large shopping mall 5 minutes walk away which has a vast array of shops and eating places. The area felt very safe throughout for us, although we rarely ventured out after 9.30pm. The hotel is situated around 10km outside of cape town city centre but UBER are cheap, reliable and safe. An excellent stay in an excellent hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay so this bit will be really picky and would have just provided finishing touches. The furniture in the room would benefit from a deep clean/replacement as some chairs etc were a little tired Wardrobe in room 2 was very small and only had 2 hangers. Would benefit from a safe in each room There was no hair dryer in the room Doors to the ensuite were sliding doors and loud if you need to use the toilet in the night On 2 nights there was extremely loud music coming from a restaurant down the street (I know not connected to the hotel but kept us awake)

I ordered food one evening, and the staff were friendly over the phone, delivering it on time. I also used the laundry service, though I found it a bit expensive. The room itself was lovely, though I found it odd that the bath was positioned in front of the room without any doors. Since I was sharing the room with a friend who joined later on my trip, we opted to use the shower instead. Otherwise, the stay was great. The hotel was conveniently located, with several restaurants and a food store nearby.

The reception staff lacked knowledge about local activities and seemed more focused on promoting their own services or those of their acquaintances. It was also unclear who the manager was versus the other staff members. Some training in staff communication and local activity recommendations would greatly improve the guest experience.

The room or should I say apartment is really spacious with a separate lounge and kitchenette form the bedroom. The friendly staff are always available to help and greeted me by name every time i entered or left the hotel. The hotel is excellently located near Canal Walk shopping Centre, giving you various options for restaurants and shopping stores. There is a restaurant onsite which offers a delicious buffet breakfast and room service for dinner should you need to stay in. Hotel guests are all given free undercover access controlled parking for peace of mind. I highly recommend a stay at the

Rooms are really spacious with a lounge and a separate bedroom. The hotel is situated in a prime location within walking distance from Canal walk, Ratanga park and many other restaurants in the the area should you not want to eat at the Mozambik restaurant located on the premises. The staff are always friendly and accommodation

Access to the hotel from the free parking could be done using the room access card instead of having to buzz the reception. The wait in not long but on cold windy days it is not ideal.

The hotel was warm and welcoming with friendly staff. The food was delicious and you could feel it was prepared with love. Please include more fillers in the omelets. Everything in the room was on point. Keep it up.

I did book an executive room with the following point-scoring features: table view and sea view among others. I feel these features should not have been included because the surrounding buildings are very tall to obstruct your view of the mountain. Secondly, the see is like three or more kilometers away to have any meaningful view. In my opinion, these two selling features are misleading and may cause tension with the customers.

I loved the location, the shops downstairs are a bonus to the hotel, the staff are very friendly and quick to assist. . The bed was comfortable.

The building needs serious maintenance, we had to get a plumber twice to assist (service was quick) however because the toilet was leaking from the base, it’s a big job to do so that could not be fixed and we had to stay with a wet toilet floor. TV not clear and for a 4 star you would expect a better quality.

The staff were great and so welcoming they remembered us from the last stay and made us as comfortable as we could. Junaid, Ayanda, Ayamisi, Lucko were so great and also the housekeeping Nontheto, Zama, Tracey, Felicia too many to name here were amazing . Thank you we will be back

Sometimes the other guests were abit noisy slamming doors would be nice if there was soundproofing

The hotel is really accessible and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very conveniently located with a grocery store and chemist shop right next to it, in addition to the array of restaurants surrounding and also one in the hotel. The park next to the convention centre was just a 5 min walk away and offered amazing views of the city and table mountain. The room had everything I needed, and the layout also added a nice flow creating a sense of privacy. I loved the bathtub, although I didn't get a chance to use it. So I guess I'll just have to come back again. ;D

The sound insulation could be improved.
