Loved the apartment, spacious, very modern and luxurious with everything that we needed.

No smart tv's

Thank you for the comfortable stay! The room was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, I had to go to the Marriott restaurant for breakfast or cook my own since it wasn’t provided. Could you tell me more about why breakfast isn't included? Despite this, I enjoyed my time here and would consider staying again.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but there was one issue. The first room I was assigned had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was disappointing. However, I appreciate that the staff promptly moved me to another room, which was clean and comfortable. Thank you for addressing the situation quickly. Despite the initial hiccup, I enjoyed my stay.

I loved the entire experience. From the moment you arrive, service from the front door to reception, to the room is super efficient and friendly. Security is top notch. Rooms are very clean and well laid out. Loads of cupbord space. Bathroom had underfloor heating. Air-con/heater in the room. Nice big TV. Even a washing machine, iron, etc was available. Really super pleasant. And the mall is just across the bridge.

Have absolutely nothing to complain about

Absolutely everything about the hotel. Stunning room, view, facilities and above all, the staff were unswervingly efficient, kind, warm and friendly. I was greeted by security Grant who was so very helpful. I then got to know a couple of the guys at the desk, Bash and Chad. They were so kind and helpful, and sorted any issue or query I may have had in being in beung u familiar to the place and my first time in Capetown. In my free time passing through reception, if I could see that no customers were around I'd actually go and talk to them. The cleaners were amazing and one time I bumped into one called Christine, another amazing staff member and lady I will most definitely WILL be staying at Crystal Towers again when I return to Capetown next year!

I have nothing to dislike about Crystal Towers

We were welcomed by the most generous gentleman when we got off our bolt car. He offered to take our luggage to our apartment, and we were welcomed with so much warmth by the receptionist. The apartment was beautiful and clean, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. I loved the kitchen where I could cook and prepare meals for my family as we were traveling with children who most often prefer home cooked meals. And getting groceries was just 3 minutes walk to the mall.

Our housekeeping didn't thoroughly clean the apartment. She would miss the pan in the oven and would sometimes forget to leave us dish washing cloth. Nonetheless, it didn't taint our beautiful stay.

Location very good and facility modern ,spacious, and homely

TV Remote not working, channels limited , can't connect your smart phone to tv bcoz it's not smart tv, no dish towels for the duration of our stay, housekeeping did refill shower gels, only one bath towel for 2 guests, linen changed on day 5, duvet cover torn and smaller than duvet inner,

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making my stay very comfortable. One of the major highlights is its prime location—just a short walk from Canal Walking Mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The view from my room was incredible, offering a stunning sight of the canal and the mall, which truly enhanced the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking cleanliness, convenience, and spectacular views.

No refill water

Location is fantastic. Two bedroom Apartment was very spacious and the sun filled main suite was lovely. Kitchen is well equipped and everything at your fingertips. Main bathroom is huge and the soaking tub a luxury when not in a drought season. The best steaks just downstairs in close reach. Staff were very friendly and helpfully efficient. Check in was fast with lots of smiles. Basement parking is easy and good.

Holes in the linen just not acceptable. The dated furniture like the cracked mirror faced side table in the main suite. Could not plug the TV in as there is no 2 pin plug as guests keep on walking off with them. Simple solution is to put 3 pin plugs on the TV and lamps. Yes we could have called downstairs for a 2 pin but it was late in the night so just snugged down rather and mentioned this at checkout for attention for next gusts. When checking in DO park at the hotel drop off zone. Don’t park in back as you will have to pay. Staff will direct you from the drop off zone once checked in. Perhaps this could be mentioned to guests prior to check in. Little things but still a great location and stay.

I Crystal Towers and it's elegant.

What I don't like it there it's their TV it's old modern in their apartments,beds are not comfortable,linen bedding are not quality like before,not enough cutlery I'm their kitchen ,and also they don't put dishes clothes. I think they must upgrade their apartments before it gets to like hillbrow in jhb. To much Nigerian people are staying ther and if they don't wake up now..it's gonna turn to be something else.Crystal towers it use to be a up market place

It's a very clean and spacious apartment we were in and met our expectations

The 3rd party booking advertised that there was a bath in the apartment and on my arrival, we were told that there's no Bath in our apartment. A bit disappointed with that as the detail of the apartment when I did the booking stated that a bath is included in the apartment. Myu wife came there to relax in a bath and brought all her bathing essentials
