Breakfast really quite excellent, a wonderful display of fresh and good foods. No porridge and it appeared every morning, excellent service. Dinner, excellent and a very nice touch was a very young chef came to the table in his 'whites' to serve the dish he'd cooked. Well done. Very large underground parking, free, a bonus. Lovely room with balcony, a seafront view across to Cape Town and Table Mountain, one you'd never forget. Good value for money. In the bar, KWV 5 year old Brandy for a pound [UK} We shall go back. Soon.

Property could do with some upgrades In the room the lamp had stains on it and the bed base was worn, some marks on the head board The gym equipment was dated and only 1 treadmill worked I stayed above main entrance - was loud in the evenings but security managed to keep the peace Sitting on the patio and being harassed by people from beach side was not pleasant I did not feel all that safe walking on this particular beach alone

The location of this hotel is outstanding, by the beach, which is not so busy as others is Cape Town and with fantastic view to the Table Mountain, which enables great sunset photos. The staff was flexible and we could choose our room, which had a great sea view. You can walk directly from the parking to the hotel, which is very practical, we have struggled with hotel parkings in other big cities in South Africa. The food at the bar was great and breakfast also good. There is a nice pool available.

The only issue is that people staying at the apartments also use the facilities of the hotel. The restaurant is very busy at breakfast and at night it can get a bit noisy specially at week-ends

Breakfast was brilliant, changed every day and lots of choice. The spa was relaxing and had a good sauna and pool area. Rooms cleaned daily and spacious and modern rooms. View from hotel across beach and lagoon was amazing. Overlooks table mountain and waterfront. Very big and spacious hotel with lots of nice areas to relax. The men on the front doors are lovely and all staff were amazing with my little boy. They all made so much effort with him. Spa manager and most of the therapists were lovely.

The maids separated our beds and gave us twins after the first night which was strange but we pushed them back together, no big deal. Some pastries on breakfast were stale sometimes and the spa head therapist wasn't very personable, she seemed angry and not very welcoming towards me.

Great views, amazing staff, and the part of the building we stayed in seemed more updated than some of the economy priced rooms.

There seemed to be a huge difference between the different types of rooms. We payed extra for a full beachfront room with a balcony and it was wonderful. We had some family stay in one of the economy rooms and it seemed a little more run down. My advice: the higher end rooms are definitely worth it if you can afford to upgrade!

The staff at the hotel were brilliant. I left my mobile in an Uber on the way from the airport and the person on reception that m evening was so helpful in assisting me to track it. We ate in the hotel restaurant. This was very good we had excellen steak and wine. The quality was good and excellent value for money

As my son and I were sharing a room we booked twin beds but got a king size instead

The roof top pool was quiet and peaceful. The food was delicious, friendly staff, comfortable bed and the location was perfect for us.

I would stay here again but be wary of paying extra for rooms described as “partial mountain view”. Yes, we could see a bit of the mountain but it was mostly car park.

Staff very friendly and restaurant opened very late which was a lovely option

The beach was polluted and up fit for swimming. We spoke to the life guard. The hotel was literally on the beach. Very disappointing .

The service was very good, the view of the facility was stannic just perfect.

It’s difficult to say, the service quite good even though was difficult to find variety of meal but it’s normal
