Facilities were very satisfying and convenient for the limited time I spend there. Room had everything I needed. Loved the fact that the TV was not limited to certain DSTV channels like many very expensive hotels, but that it had Netflieks and Youtube. Beds slept very well and I had easy access to parking.

House keeping removed my personal fleezy blanket from the room, which I could not understand why they would do that. They also removed the additional clean towels from my room after I mentioned upon booking in, that my husband will be joining me the second evening. I had to go request additonal towels and also look for my blanket.

We didnt choose breakfast. Maintenance should be up to date for the minor issue like ensuring windows close properly, water leaks sorted, the frontline staff from security to receptionist and cleaners was exceptional very accomodating and helpful to their guests

The staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful, kind and professional. Nothing was too much trouble; and that included all the staff, from the managers to the cleaners, gardeners, security people and the night shift. This is the second time we have stayed here and fully intend to return again and again.

I have no reason to criticise anything about Woodbridge Lodge as everything was great. I would however, make the general point that Booking.com tends to group different rooms together - photos don't distinguish between different rooms, making it difficult to understand which room you have booked. When you physically check the rooms out, you can understand more clearly what facilities exist in which room but that is not obvious from the information posted by Booking.com. I would therefore ask Booking.com to tailor the room descriptions specifically to each room instead of the broad brush technique currently utilised.

The experience was good. It's a quiet place and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. However, the breakfast closes early at 0930hrs which is not ideal for people on holiday. We resorted having breakfast out at our convenient time. The facility is more suited for corporates planning long stay/working in Cape Town. Location is safe and closer to some facilities.

Great value for money with excellent breakfast. Very clean with helpful and welcoming staff, especially the night porter, where nothing was too much trouble!

Being in the room next to the reception, made it quite noisy in the morning (sometimes v early) as people were checking out.

I loved the calm and peacefulness of the place. Also it's very clean . Staff was very nice and friendly . My favourite spot was on the balcony at the BBQ.

I would've liked more ventilation in the room. Maybe a door to the outside, or more windows . Then also, for the balcony, a public toilet would be great on top for emergency.

The staff are so happy and friendly. The breakfast was outstanding! The rooms are clean, neat and tidy. The location is perfect with a beautiful view from the dining room. Ingrid, the manager was very welcoming, accommodating and friendly. Would definitely recommend Woodbridge Lodge to all visitors.

We did not have breakfast due to the fact that we booked a cruise and had early boarding time. The room was very spacious as well as big bathroom with bath and shower. Very safe parking on site with security guard and a remote for the gate.

Cannot fault this guesthouse in any way.will

These noise levels and smokers, unfortunately other rooms had smokers who sat ouside my window smoking and talking most of the evening, i had to close my window because of the smoke. security decided at 1am it was a good time to water the garden, which woke me up from sleep....needless to say it took some time before gaining some sleep.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location itself is amazing already. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Great kitchen facilities available. Woodbridge Lodge provides a secure, safe space with excellence service from staff members. Will definitely come back for another stay in future. :)

There was a big marathon very close to the Lodge that started early the next morning. It was way too loud in the early hours of the morning.
