The location is perfect, we have access to a mall, and the apartment itself my our expectations.

The ladies were a bit rude; they used our apartment to wash all other apartments laundry, we didn't have privacy at all. The even broke the washing machine while washing others towels. We had to give up our towels so that they can leave our apartment. They need to be trained in customer service; they have no smile no care. We will go out in the morning to go and run our errands and come back to find them in our apartment chilling as if there are no guest, when we ask, she will tell us that she is still doing laundry, which was not even ours. It made our stay a bit uncomfortable.

Everything!! The place, the staff, how close it was to the mall Everyone is sooo welcoming and respectful They clean everyday and the staff is trustworthy Security team is great and friendly. They do their job without intimidating the guests Next time I'll have to bring enough gifts for everyone... I don't always get such excellent treatment so I only brought a few cause I know there is always gonna be someone that goes beyond. Thank you sooo much Please don't change I have already recommended the place

The apartment was clean, of good size and with the necessary amenities. Agnes was already in touch on the check-in date prior to my arrival at the apartment and was waiting when I arrived. She provided all the required info and was very helpful and professional. The cleaning ladies were also great at their job. Thank you Agnes for all your help.

The stay was good but some suggestions/ issues to consider: The balcony doors did not lock well. The sofas need to be upgraded but not a major issue. A coffee table would be great in the lounge area. Info could have been provided through a leaflet in the apartment about the the use of other facilities available and who to contact e.g. for sauna. No one available to operate the sauna when I went there and didn't have my phone to call the number on the notice. So only used the swimming pool

The location was great, and secure. The apartment gets cleaned daily. Agnes was always available and nearby for any assistance. The apartment suited my needs and will stay again. The rules are strict, to maintain the professional standard.

Initially was concerned about a R1500 breakage deposit, not mentioned prior to booking, however the conditions were very lenient and eventually understood; the apartment is very well kept. Price is however, more towards the expensive end.

Comfiest beds and linen. Friendly reception and security welcome. So jacked up and informative. Extremely helpful and great clear communication in terms of arrival and access. Every question was answered quickly and well. The property allowed me to drop my bag a bit earlier than arrival so that I did not have to travel around with it in my vehicle all day. Access to pool and gym was such a bonus. Facilities were amazing. Also all appliances you could ever need. 2 Parking spaces available. Rooms blinds were nice and dark. Safe and private access direct to Canal Walk Mall.

The extractor fan in the bathroom is incredibly loud(but also brilliantly efficient) , and the two bathrooms fans are connected somehow, so when someone uses the separate bathroom it whirrs loudly on the side of the ensuite side, and wakes you up. Quite minor in the greater stay though.

The ambiance, PERFECT! The host Auntie Agnes exceptional customer service. My family appreciated the choice i made coming back guaranteed. The place is very central and quiet-very ideal for introverts In addition to your CCTV cameras security personnel are hands-on which makes the place extremely SAFE. Daily house-keeping was commendable, thank you.

Some room service staff needs a refresher workshop on customer service, the attitude towards guests was not present. They further need to do their job diligently and keep all items in the apartment thoroughly clean.

1stly, I would like to applaud the host Agnes.This lady is amazingly friendly 😍; very patient if you have any questions. She is always smiling, even waving from a distance. My mum and the kids loved the apartment and the heated pool. They didn't want to leave at all.Pity that the place is fully booked when I tried to add more days. Having Canal Walk mall just 5 mins away was the cherry on top. I had an amazing birthday weekend. All thanks to you guys.We will definitely be coming back again I will continue to check if you have an opening for my Mum's birthday in January

Nothing everything was perfect

Absolutely everything. From meeting Agnes on arrival to our departure on our last day, everything was phenomenal. A lovely comfortable apartment with everything as shown and described in the advertisements. A very comfortable, safe and superbly located apartment. Having access to the indoor heated swimming pool was brilliant as well. The kids and I absolutely loved that.

Not a negative but something to make the apartment even more awesome, and that would be to equip the kitchen just a little more. Two sets of washing-up cloths would be nice. Also more kitchen utensils (scissors and pots and pans for cooking). I would also like to suggest a set of beach/pool towels for guests to be able to use at the pool area.

Everything was amazing. Nothing not to like perfect cleaning service, location was amazing,spacious, Clean. My kids first trip to Cape Town was really an amazing one.

Would have liked a trolley to have taken the luggage up to the room and also a heads up on the towels. Traveling with kids who swam 2 or times a day was a hard not having towels. But other than that a perfect place to stay.
