Arrangements for keys were clear and the unit was accessible as soon as we contacted them.

A damage deposit of R 1500 was required after I made the booking and paid. This was not communicated on the website.

It was very comfortable

The location is perfect, we have access to a mall, and the apartment itself my our expectations.

The ladies were a bit rude; they used our apartment to wash all other apartments laundry, we didn't have privacy at all. The even broke the washing machine while washing others towels. We had to give up our towels so that they can leave our apartment. They need to be trained in customer service; they have no smile no care. We will go out in the morning to go and run our errands and come back to find them in our apartment chilling as if there are no guest, when we ask, she will tell us that she is still doing laundry, which was not even ours. It made our stay a bit uncomfortable.

Our stay at Knightsbridge was truly amazing, the place was so clean and well run,the views were breathtaking. The apartments were fully equipped to cater for a family of 5 get away. The star for me was Agnes our host who waited at the property till 21:50 because we were delayed at the airport, she was so welcoming and friendly ,I think she deserves a raise. The pool was clean and the jacuzzi was lovely. A bonus is the close proximity to the canal walk mall,it's a 2min walk along the beautiful canal walk way. will be back to beautiful Capetown soon and Knightsbridge will be our new home away from home.

Received a call from security to say we were talking A bit loud on the first night but my family was sleeping, might have been an honest mistake,but at least it shows that they are strict and enforce the rules.

This was my second booking here for my family and I because this place is 10 out of 10.Me,my 02 x sisters and our 02 x kids stayed here on 12 August 2025 and also on 08 August 2025. The hospitality ,we received here was off the charts,we also received excellent client-service here from all the staff. This is a very clean place,comfortable beds even the sleeper couch in the living room area sleep like a dream.I enjoyed bathing in their big,bathtubs and enjoyed a warm shower in their huge shower- area. Luxury Apartments located , at 207 Esplanade Road, Century City, Cape Town have all the luxuries we wanted like a Bosch dishwasher,Samsung fridge,a washing machine,stove,microwave oven,huge flat screen television, heaters inside every room and it also come equipped with extra blankets in the built - in - cupboards as it is now winter currently and very cold in Cape Town. This opulence was exactly the reason we just had to return here again,as the kids insisted that I book again for 2nd time in the same week. We all had an exceptionally great overall stay here our first time and also the second time around . All staff including security staff,concierge,cleaning staff was very friendly.The security staff was especially very helpful and friendly,they went out of their way to accommodate us .(Agnes) was very warm and welcoming as always ,helpful,friendly and she walked the extra mile for us both times we stayed over here ,too. This venue is ,located in good area,quiet and peaceful and only 04 x minutes away from Canal Walk Mall.The jacuzzi, sauna,gym and spa was our highlight for sure and we enjoyed every minute of the exercise and pampering. I will certainly recommend this place to all my family and friends.Both apartments we stayed in 306 on third floor and 803 on eighth floor,each had a unique , beautiful decor .

I liked everything.This place exceeded our expectations by far,very lovely place to stay at.This venue is the crown and the friendly, helpful staff are the diamonds 💎 in this crown.

Agnes was very welcoming and friendly. Apartment was spotless and well furnished. Enough seating for everyone. Wifi was good once we connected the blue cable to the router. Deposit was paid in cash and returned on checkout, which was also in person on the Sunday. Location is central, secure and safe underground parking was provided. The building has a gym, sauna and a swimming pool open until 10pm which was great. Take the lift to the top floor to see an amazing photo view of the city and the harbour.

we could have used an additional key set for our group. Coordinating everyone was a little complicated as you need the entry card to gain access to the gym facilities and entrance / exits. Perhaps this could be included as an option in the future.

Everything!! The place, the staff, how close it was to the mall Everyone is sooo welcoming and respectful They clean everyday and the staff is trustworthy Security team is great and friendly. They do their job without intimidating the guests Next time I'll have to bring enough gifts for everyone... I don't always get such excellent treatment so I only brought a few cause I know there is always gonna be someone that goes beyond. The apartment was clean, of good size and with the necessary amenities. Agnes was already in touch on the check-in date prior to my arrival at the apartment and was waiting when I arrived. She provided all the required info and was very helpful and professional. The cleaning ladies were also great at their job. Thank you Agnes for all your help.

The stay was good but some suggestions/ issues to consider: The balcony doors did not lock well. The sofas need to be upgraded but not a major issue. A coffee table would be great in the lounge area. Info could have been provided through a leaflet in the apartment about the the use of other facilities available and who to contact e.g. for sauna. No one available to operate the sauna when I went there and didn't have my phone to call the number on the notice. So only used the swimming pool

Comfiest beds and linen. Friendly reception and security welcome. So jacked up and informative. Extremely helpful and great clear communication in terms of arrival and access. Every question was answered quickly and well. The property allowed me to drop my bag a bit earlier than arrival so that I did not have to travel around with it in my vehicle all day. Access to pool and gym was such a bonus. Facilities were amazing. Also all appliances you could ever need. 2 Parking spaces available. Rooms blinds were nice and dark. Safe and private access direct to Canal Walk Mall.

The extractor fan in the bathroom is incredibly loud(but also brilliantly efficient) , and the two bathrooms fans are connected somehow, so when someone uses the separate bathroom it whirrs loudly on the side of the ensuite side, and wakes you up. Quite minor in the greater stay though.

The location was great, and secure. The apartment gets cleaned daily. Agnes was always available and nearby for any assistance. The apartment suited my needs and will stay again. The rules are strict, to maintain the professional standard.

Initially was concerned about a R1500 breakage deposit, not mentioned prior to booking, however the conditions were very lenient and eventually understood; the apartment is very well kept. Price is however, more towards the expensive end.
