Walking to Canal Walk Mall was a bonus the service from the reception staff was excellent, we only stayed for one night...will definitely come back

There is no bar fridge in the rooms ...please consider adding one....breakfast time ends too quick maybe serve it until 11am not 9h30am it was not cool to wake up early just to make sure you don't miss breakfast.

Staff are incredible- attentive and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Location is very convenient. 10 minutes from the city, and located within walking distance to shops, restaurants, malls, day spas and parks.

I've stayed at the hotel numerous times and it's clear that the facilities are in need of an update. The carpets are dated, and beginning to smell. The showers are starting to show signs of mould. Cleaning staff are trying their best but wear and tear is becoming increasingly evident.

Stayeasy Century City is a gem, will definitely go there again. Why? First of all because it's a 2mins walk to Canal Walk mall, we walked until 8-9pm there and felt safe. It is also a 5mins ride to China town sable square where u will find good deals. Then the hotel staff are incredibly kind and helpful, especially the reception staff. The breakfast is very good, it is not a large breakfast but we got the essential, egg dish, potato, veggies, meat etc.. and it varies everyday, if u want a large buffet then u should pay more in another hotel. If u travel by uber / bolt the pick up is very easy as no traffic and convenient space for them to park. The view of the river is relaxing (ppl doing kayak / ducks etc) . Just a little note on the sofa bed which is not very comfortable when used as bed as not totally flat :( else everything was great :)

Value for money, the staff was helpful and nice the check in is at 14H00 we arrived at 10H00 our room was not ready but we were given another room until our room was ready thats was really nice they are so considerate. Location the hotel its just across the street from Canal Walk Mall. WIFI had a good connection we didn't have problem and the water was always hot. I will definitely book again.

Rooms are too small for a family and the pool was not clean. Breakfast doesn't have a lot to choose from but it's was tasty we enjoyed it. No fridge and microwave in the room.

Bed was a bit small. A queen size would have been nice. Although the aircon were a bit noisy, it did not bother me so much Had to move couch and bed to be able to use chair as bedside table on the one side. Eggs were cold at breakfast. Rest of food was nice and warm. I had left over cheese and jam at breakfast and went to get another piece of bread. On my return my cheese and jam were removed from the table. Feel a bit of waste. As I then again had to get new cheese and jam.

Had to find a hotel quickly after flight delays and all hotels near the airport full. Maybe could have found one closer, but worked out fine for an early flight the next day. Check in smooth, room was fine - only thing was that there was a cot set up in the room. 4:30 wake up call worked, check out easy. Slept well, bed comfortable, and room was quiet. Hotel did the job I needed.

Checked in after food service had closed, and struggled with the vending machine. Didn’t have small notes, and the card prices shown were ridiculously expensive. Cot in the room took up space, but because I was only using the room for 8 hrs I didn’t bother about it. Bathroom a bit dated, but everything worked fine.

When we arrived at the hotel the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were pleased with the size of our room. It was my husband's birthday, and all our expectation were met. The mall is close by we could walk over to watch a movie. Back in our room we had nice coffee and tea that was provided for us in the room. the morning, we had a delicious buffet breakfast. after breakfast we took a walk through the beautiful garden. definitely worth our money. well done to all staff of stay easy hotel

Amazing and the location was perfect

Initial room was damp and mould smelling we were changed to another room very promptly by a lovely service desk assistant though which was great. Maybe change the shower drain plastic cover as it causes the water to overflow out the shower and onto the floor as theres one small hole 🕳️ only in that shower floor cover so it doesn’t drain in time and the water pools up especially when very soapy or shampooey.

Great value for money, considering my partner was looking the Crystal Towers which was triple the amount. The breakfast was amazing, staff were very friendly and considering this was my first time in Cape Town, it really was the perfect location for us to stay.

I honestly don't think there is anything that we can complain about. Everything was perfect. and we will definitely be booking to stay here again when we are back in Cape Town

The amenities are great, love the pool area! Appreciate the smoking friendly accommodation. We loved how quiet the space was, great opportunity to really relax.

The smoking rooms should have some sort of air freshener or fragrance sticks that clears up the smell of the old smoke from previous patrons. Everything at breakfast was great but the eggs were WAY underdone, it tasted very raw. The system in place for room service and food is not great. I really wished the bar opened before 4.30pm.
