The place is clean…the bed was super comfortable..the food was not bad…staff member by the name of Kabelo and mercy 🥰🥰🥰the best🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 the view was amazing…

The safari was not worth the money….lione’s car was not comfortable…it was old and scary and we ddnt even see the animals…only buffalo 🦬 elephants 🐘 🥺🙁

We had an fantastic stay at this hotel! The amenities were top notch, the rooms were spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout, from the comfortable beds to the well maintained pool and gym I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. While there's always room for improvement, the staff and management here are clearly dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for their guests.

The food at the hotel was overall very good, with a great selection of options for breakfast and dinner. However, the kids' menu could use a bit of improvement, while the options were decent, they were a bit limited and didn't quite live up to the high standards set by the rest of the menu. We were also a bit disappointed to find that the kids' play room was only available on weekends. As a family traveling during the week, this was a bit of a letdown for our daughter.

Everything! From modifying my stay and being helped with love by Angelica(receptionist) and another champion who made my stay extra special, the manager and the team thank you for my birthday card and cake in my room on arrival that made my whole month of May and lastly the Mirage staff(Whitney)sprinkled my birthday weekend with more love by serving us the best breakfast and dinners an the cheery on top singing for me and I shared my cake with the team best. Hoeadspruit owes me nothing. You keep it a 100 at all times, and I thank you all for that.

Very neat property in a lovely location. Excellent customer service from everyone - it’s truly an impressive place. Khanyisa is a great host and manager. The Amani Spa is excellent, the gym is just cute and nicely equipped with a good ambience. Neil is a great guy and adds good touch to the restaurant. The chefs are amazing, breakfast is so good, every single meal and cocktail was a blast. The sheets are so cheap, the bathrooms too, and the cleaning schedule so prompt and efficient,

The staff, so helpful and genuine. The quality of the hotel and also the food was of a very high standard. The main point is the staff, I arrived from Cape Town with very burnt feet, my fault of course, however they were so helpful to arrange for me to see a doctor and some initial medical supplies. Over and above this so friendly and so nice to see hotel staff genuinely smile and make you feel welcome.

The distance from the main reception building to our room, also at night the lighting could be better. I know you offer a golf cart maybe something to look at, please take this as a minor point of feedback however something to consider for future guests. Wi-Fi was not so good.

The Breakfast was moderate, the time for breakfast should be extended to 11h00, especially for those who are already in by 10h00.

Packing food while people are still eating. At least leave the food until 11:00 and stop allowing people to come in for breakfast after 10:00. The rush packing of food contributes to loss as most people start to dish even food that they may not eat and pack them on their table. At least, even if you pack the food, leave water and tea for those who might want to have tea after breakfast.

The hotel offer exclusive English breakfast, top of the notch you eat until you drop. The hotel views is out of this world very tranquil and breathtaking pool bars. The hotel staff and restaurant staff is very kind and accomodative. I had a great experience which created beautiful cherished memories. I will definitely visit the hotel again with my kids to experience the spectacular kids services in the facility. I am a happy client, the duration of my stay was value for money.

The Pegasus pool bar close early for dinner orders and improve the list of A la carte Menue, its one of the same thing.

Highly recommended for families. We had a great time celebrating Father’s Day with the kids.

It was great to have the buffet breakfast as the last time we went in May (2oth - 22nd) it was a la carte. the staff are very helful, super friendly and the views and spaces are really lovely.

It would be a good idea to actively attract more SA clientele. Does feel a little exclusive (and is thus empty). There are many ways of doing this and the reasons for doing this have shown great results in the nearby game lodges (especially during COVID). Your wine list and prices need serious attention. Expand your wine list and introduce and showcase a wider variety of our SA wines which are far more affordable.
