The facilities, room and surrounds were stunning. The decor within the rooms and the venue itself was artfully and skillfully curated. Some of the craft and arts had contemporary aspects and African heritage that were astounding. The local locations and ease of access exceptional. The view and local wildlife that frequented the venue were a grand site to behold. The activities around the area were also close and simple to reach.

The venue could have more comprehensive breakfast options. The continental breakfast had slivers of meat, and the portions could be slightly larger. The signage at the location could have been better lit.

Nice and quiet setting in the middle of the bush. Food was excellent, staff and Fabian and his family very friendly and keen to meet all the wishes you could have. The room (drongo bungalow) was very spacious with inside/outside showers even a tub and very comfortable kingsize bed with mosquitonet. There was a safe in the room, a refrigerator and everything you could wish for. The pool was nice and the setting in the wildlife estate great to venture out and look for animals. I will definitely go back.

Really nothing

It’s conveniently located: all the main tourist attractions are a short drive away, but on the days you want to rest, the wildlife comes to your doorstep. The property itself is very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The owners are charming and the staff super nice and friendly. The breakfast is copious and you can also dine at the lodge for an extra charge which is convenient if you don’t want to go out.

This is very small but beautiful. Location of this resort is very good, quite and peaceful. Its very good for the a group travelling together as total 6 cottages are there, so it will provide you exclusiveness. Rooms are neat and clean. staffs are very cooperative. You will have limited food options ( considering forest area its not bad however, Asian/Indian vegetarian may find difficulties in choosing from menu) but very good food one can have there and best part is that the way the serve you ..soothing music, deem lights ( looks like very natural) it gonna make your night memorable...

From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The chef and the team were attentive, and each meal was beautifully presented. The breakfast menu offered plenty of variety, and the staff were happy to accommodate special requests, especially helpful with kids who can be fussy eaters.

We had an amazing time with the kids in that Estate. The place is very friendly and cosy, the staff is so kind and welcoming, and the food was really good. There are plenty of animals around and our day of safari in the Kruger was the best. Thank you very much to Fabian, Karine and their team!

The property situated in a private reserve. It has a swimming pool with an open bar. My friend and I saw wild animals while we were sitting by the pool. It is a quiet place where one can enjoy the sunshine, the wine, the friendship and everything wonderful. We enjoyed the time staying there. Also the game drive trip arranged by the owner was really gorgeous!

As the name says Ukuthula is such a quiet place, a very great place away from busy city life. if you just want a place to chill and wind down then Ukuthula is a place to be. My partner and I loved it so much. The breakfast was good but very limited. Not a lot of options to choose from but overall good. Fabian, the owner and the ladies were always making sure that we were ok all the time. they were very friendly.

Beautiful lodge, stylishly decorated with a great African look and feel, beautiful garden with pool just next to the green belt. The owner Fabian and all team were very friendly and helpful. Fabian communicated pro-actively and quickly. He picked me up from the bus stop without extra charge and I could leave my luggage for a few days as well. Great area for bush walks and drives - both can be done on your own - I saw giraffes, warthogs, waterbucks etc. Still close to toen - perfect location.

Nothing, just regretted that I couldn‘t stay longer

The welcome, the location, the setting, the homely feel, the setting, the staff, the food, the luxuriousness, the outdoor shower! the wildlife strolling around.

If I had to be picky... the dinner timing. The food was served more than an hour after the stated time, our kids fell asleep at the table waiting (we had travelled a long way that day).
