The location was good for our needs. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The bathroom was beautiful except that huge bath in the middle was an unnecessary feature. There is nowhere to put soap, facewash etc while sitting in the bath. The design of the bath is ridiculous as you sit on the plug. I was there for a dance competition so I found the lighting in the room not very good for doing make up. The bathroom and the bedroom lighting was dull for these purposes. I had to put my little mirror in the window to do make up.

I liked the fact that the staff created a type of family room, since i wasnt going to feel comfortable to leave my kids without supervision in a seperate room next door. They went the extra mile, 10 stars. Thank you!!

I didnt like the fact that there wasn't a microwave in the room where i can warm up my food or plates to dish up in. We came to relax and it didnt make sense to leave the room to go order and eat in the resturant. And there was a noice during the night almost like a vacuum cleaner, or aircon or something. Not sure what it was but it kept me awake for hours.

excellent value for money, and very accommodating. Due to some miscommunication within our party, the hotel upgraded one of our twin rooms to their family suite at no extra charge. Very comfortable bed, excellent pillows! Sadly their were issues with the local water supply but the hotel.prpvided plenty of bottles drinking water, and multiple 6litr bottles.for heating and washing. Would recommend and certainly stay again in the future!

I wanted to watch Wimbledon but the channel wasn’t available . It was a limited bouquet. There was no hairdryer available. Apparently only 6 in the whole hotel which is ridiculous There was no multi plug so either the kettle or the fridge could be on . The lighting in the room was very dark

Everything! From the very first moment you stop at the gate the friendliest service and greetings from the staff to the comfortable room and mesmerizing view of the city skylines.. everything is just perfect. We can recommend a stay at Appolo any time you visit Randburg area.

Nothing not to like. Safe parking and a quiet neighborhood . Close to nearby Cresta where we attend a show at The Cirk. All was perfect.

the room exceeded my expectations, i loved the bathroom the most: spacious, roomy with constant hot water flow.

I think I was expecting a bit of a variety at breakfast. I remember I came specifically to have something homey, like soft porridge or oats as I was feeling a bit flu-ish, but it was not an option, otherwise the food I ended up eating, made up for the preferred oats/pap.

I felt security was not great. The chain on my door was broken. The emergency exit on the floor , 3rd, was left open every night..... letting in cold air, and anyone who wanted to come up as well.

Love this hotel. Staff are absolutely amazing and always friendly. They really do go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. I've stayed here a few times now and I won't book anywhere else.

I didn't like anything! There isn't anything to dislike unless you are super picky.

Their rooms were large with very comfortable beds, the cleanliness was out of this world and everything was just perfect. The staff was very accommodating as well we could only check in at midnight but they were kind enough to allow is even though it was way past the latest stated check in time
