I did not have the breakfast because I thought it was expensive. I enjoyed the chicken wings. Stella the Manager, Thato and Nhlakanipho were exceptional as well as housekeeping, Mantshebo. I want to commend these employees for their kindness and respect, I am a local and needed a home away from home and I appreciate how they treated me with respect.

The room and bathroom was very basic, I had a hurt leg so in and out of the shower was abit challenging however, clean towels and linen and housekeeping did a good job making sure my room was clean.You need a pool and a spa 😊! A shuttle to the airport would be a great touch!

Room was very clean, convenient location

You need to replace the air conditioners. House keeping staff sometimes are moody when we ask for coffee, sugar, even the iron. They brought us an iron that had burnt some stuff. I asked them why cant they clean it with steel wool but they ignored me. Also there was water cut. I had to go to church on the 29 June without a bath. On arrival here in Botswana i miss my cellphone. Its a Samsung A model. I called the Hotel but they say they did not find anything. My wife also miss a black trouser but we dont know where we lost them...Otherwise i like my stay with Mercure

The room was acceptable though a little small. Everywhere was nice and clean and everthing I needed was available. The staff were excellent and tried to always meet my request

The programmes offered for the TV were very limited and I was not able to get on to the programmes I wanted. Getting in to the shower was very awqward as the opening was restricted due to the toilet being so close and the step into the shower was high. The dispenser for the shower was very restricted so I had to push a lot of times before getting enough shower gel to wash myself. I had a light meal in the evening , it was not good. I think the menu needs to be revisted

Mercure is clean and simple, Perfect Location and love the simple decorated bathrooms! The Staff is absolutely amazing and all so courteous! Mr Thabo in particular at reception was great! I asked for a particular room type, we went through 4 different rooms till I found one I was satisfied with cause I wanted the new bathrooms, facing a certain direction. He was very patient and helpful with facts around the area! Including Mr Thato add the Bar went out of his way to make us feel comfortable! The location is surrounded by the hude mall SO CONVINIENT!

if they could just add amenities like shower caps, and mini soaps, that would make the room extra special. It would be nice to have the new type of aircons, instead of our school ones. But that is honestly so minor. It doesn't

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Easy to get to with only 30 mins drive from OR Tambo airport. Check-in and out was quick and easy with very welcoming front desk staff. The room was very comfortable, a good size and spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee making facilities were also in the room as well as a refrigerator which was put to use. The bed was very comfortable enabling a good night's sleep after a very long flight. The room was quiet with minimal noise heard from outside or the corridor/other rooms. Definitely my 1st choice for accommodation when staying in the area again.

The hotel has a great location, very central and with a retail park right next door within walking distance. The area is safe. The hotel and parking is well lit. As you enter, there is so much light, very friendly staff and bar area, restaurant area all within the lobby. It's relaxed and comfy. Room was spacious and clean, great shower and the bed was very comfortable.

The air conditioner was really noisy I couldnt sleep with it on. So I ended up freezing at night. There were several guests who arrived at their rooms quite late and very noisy. Took me up a few times. The shower design is impractical. The room didn't have any two pin plug points but the staff graciously lent me an adapter.

The location was perfect, close to where we needed to be, and on the doorstep of a mall. Staff was very fiendly. The food was great, although a tad bit expensive. The airport shuttle service was superb, and Brandon was very professional. We will definitely make use of the facilities again when in the area.

There was no drinking water in the room. We felt something like that should be standard.

Everything went well, the place is clean safe and staff very friendly. Wonderful breakfast.

The first night I was in a room where the toilet flushing system was not working properly but was moved to another room the next day.

The hotel is conveniently situated and clean. The rooms are small but this was all I needed. The bed was comfortable and lovely clean linen and towels. I didn’t eat at the property so can’t review the food.

The air conditioner in the room is very old and was leaking into the carpet. I reported this and I’m sure they will fix it.
