We stayed here for 11 days for work and pleasure. This was an amazing experience. Lynn did everything to make our stay comfortable. Extra blankets, and heating, met our dietary needs. The place is a little heaven with a beautiful backyard. My daughter loved playing on the trampoline. There is a nice BBQ place outside although we did not use it. There is solar and backup to offset the impacts of load shedding. As a bonus, there is an excellent daycare a few blocks away at No. 71 Cherry Dr. My daughter went there all day and they did her an amazing birthday party with her new friends. CRESTA mall is a few km away and loads of eating places are close by. Uber is always available around the area.

The staff were so welcoming, friendly and very helpful. They made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room I got was amazing. What a nice view into the yard. It really didn't feel like I was in the city. Being able to open the patio doors and sit there listening to the water fountain and birds was so relaxing. Awesome place. Highly recommend.

It's not really within walking distance of food or things to see. Nearest food was a 15-20 min walk away. But you can order in pretty easy or take an Uber out.

This was an absolutely positive experience. A beautiful place with a modern outlook. I LOVED the bathroom and the amenities. Lynn made sure we had a comfortable stay. She brought me extra yogurt, special oatmeal, and many more things to cater to my dietary needs. There was always plenty to eat for breakfast including fresh fruits, enough milk, eggs, cereal, and cheese. Although this was a made-your-own breakfast, it gave us the flexibility to eat as much and when we wanted to eat. Lyn is an amazing host. I loved the solar and backup energy which kept the lights on.

I honestly like everything. The host was very friendly. The place is secure, with parking. The facilities in the room are exceptional. I was happy and the place catered for my toddler who enjoyed playing on the trampoline.

Honestly, I loved everything. However, the host can provide kitchen towels just for one to keep the kitchen counters clean and dry.

The place is super super clean and neat, the garden and the entire facility. the rooms as super comfy and so clean. quiet and a please to be staying there

There is nothing i did not like, everything was super super good. friendly, clean, well maintained. There is no problem with the facility

Very clean. Large room. Big comfy bed. Breakfast supplied. Could look into 1 hotplate for those sunny sides but there was an egg steamer. Host got me soya milk, a great plus.

Nothing much really. Only thing was the aircon that was blowing cold air when I came back into the room from chuuch. Though my room would be nice and toasty when I got back, fortunately I had my electric blanket.

One of the few places where I felt like at home. Clean, comfortable, beautiful innyard, safe, close to good restaurants, shopping for general groceries and generally very nice ambient. Owner Sharon, just a charm, from first glance knew what to suggest, what to advice and made our stay just a wonderful experience. Thank you Sharon.

Everything was very personal and Lynne and Caruso are very special people who let is feeel very welcome at their place. Breakfast was already at the appartment so we could freely choose what time we like to have it. The day in Soweto with Chico was a life experience for us. Thank you so much for organizing. Early in the morning only 35 Minutes by car to the airport

The walls in the appartment are thin so it was a bit loud. But we will come again !

Lovely rooms and garden, privacy, great location, safe parking. 49-on-Cherry is highly recommended! Continental breakfast is served in the room ready for whenever required. The staff was amazing. We would like to make a special mention of Caruso, he is an outstanding host who helped us with all our problems and did everything to make our stay comfortable, far beyond the norm. Surprising peaceful garden and quite place within quick access to main roads. Very friendly staff and well equipt unit. Ideal for business travel or a quick family visit.

No security gates on the door into the garden, felt a bit unusual for Johannesburg, but electric fence around the property, so felt safe.
