The location on the Randpark Golf Course is simply breathtaking! You’ll be treated to a stunning view of the chipping green, and the mornings are especially peaceful. The breakfast was fantastic, and the room was spacious and stylish.

The accommodation was so close to perfection that it was unfortunate that minor details were overlooked, such as the presence of mold at the base of the walls in the shower. The door made a terrible noise when closing, which could easily be fixed with a Q20 spray. The large king-size bed wasn’t ideal for two people in that the smallest movements on one side were felt on the other. It’s unfortunate that there’s no option for twin beds, which we always prefer when travelling. Also, plug points were not easily accessible.

The restaurant dinner menu is superb the food is really of a very high standard I would say the chef is above average The rooms are big and spacious with everything you need and the toiletries provided are very generous in size You have all you need in the room I had a treatment at the on site spa which was also excellent, very professional The hotel staff are very respectful and noticeably well-trained for customer service, they are really one of the most friendliest and most professional frontline staff I've come across in my travels

The pillows are a bit hard they could do with purchasing some soft pillows I did request one but a thin lumpy type pillow arrived which is not really a soft pillow Otherwise I'm finding it very hard to say what I do not like practically nothing

My wife and I enjoyed our stay for her birthday, the room was comfortable clean and quiet. My wife enjoyed her spa treatments at the spa.

The one thing we did not enjoy was our breakfast the following morning the food and service was good. However we did not appreciate some guest who thought it was acceptable to attend breakfast barefoot and in their pyjamas in the designated restaurant. Additionally there were to many small children misbehaving at breakfast. Management should proactively address instances of guests attending breakfast in unsuitable attire and implement effective measures to manage disruptive behaviour from children.

I loved the beauty of the hotel, its cleanliness, the spa services and the staff at the spa. I also experienced great service from the receptionists at check in and check out. However, one staff member who stood out for me was Lobone who escorted me to the room, his service was truly amazing. I loved the facilities aswell (the pool and the gym area). The food was also amazing, the Chefs know what they are doing.

I did not like the waiters services at the restaurant and this occurred in all occasions, during my lunchtime, dinner and breakfast. There is no one to welcome and sit us down and when we sit ourselves no one pays attention to you, the other waiters keep passing your table, no one asks if you have been assisted. I had to go and approach one of them to ask for someone to serve us. They told us we have to enter through a certain door so that we can be seen, however that does not make sense because we enter through the door that comes from the hotel rooms because we have booked a stay and they want us to go around and use the one from the reception. The waiters do not pay attention at all and they are so unfriendly.

We loved the food, compliments to the chef. The spa was fantastic, both the service and the massage itself but the massage room was quite cold. Lovely and spacious room with great views of the course.

When it rained in the middle of the night, it leaked into the bathroom, the toilet was flooded and it was also leaking into the bedroom ceiling. It was so noisy we couldn't sleep for about 2 hours until the rain stopped. The massage rooms could also do with some heaters and heated towels like most spas of that caliber.

The hotel is just off the beaten track to have a nice stay, but it is close enough to the Republic road to quickly get around! The rooms are quiet and there is a restaurant onsite. Most of the rooms face the fairway, and there are villas on the Northside. If you prefer sa he a way from home.

The hotel needs some kids' activities for the kids... Like a mini golf setup of the kids to play.

The tranquility of the whole place was amazing 😍, had a great experience. Will definitely be back. Mosquitos came out to play in our room, so many of them. I asked for doom and thank goodness they had, we had a good and peaceful sleep😀

I don't know if all their rooms are Paraplegic designed but the one I was allocated seemed like a paraplegic one, everything low but it's the shower that I really didn't enjoy. I love and prefer the shower head from the top. I wish I could have been asked during check in, whether it's okay or not to be allocated that room.

The setting is lovely, right on the golf course and the room was spacious and comfortable once we got the heating working.

The filter in the aircon/heater hadn't been cleaned so it didn't get warm until we called the maintenance team to come and deal with it. Also, there were far too many people compared to the space available for breakfast on the Sunday morning (my husband's birthday) so we had to sit at an outside table on a freezing cold morning. Not ideal.

The hotel was an excellent choice. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the ambiance at the entrance and within the hotel was pleasant. The rooms were spacious, neat, and clean. However, the beds and especially the pillows could use an upgrade. Additionally, the balcony was not properly cleaned. One suggestion is to allocate specific parking spots for hotel guests. During my stay, there was a wedding, and the parking lot was full, forcing me to park far from the entrance. Overall, it's a good hotel in a great location.

Hotel is welcoming and very well maintained, we stayed mainly bcz we wanted to enjoy spa treatments for the weekend and we got just that. We loved the pool, the open space, play ground and our room. We also particularly enjoyed the dessert at the restaurant.

We didn’t really enjoy the breakfast and there is no Halaal options and very little vegetarian options, the fruit was hard and tasteless, we also found the music in the hotel lobby really loud and we could hear it in the room at night.
