That is always amazing, he makes one feel welcome and always have this amazing welcome vibe. I had to extend my family's stay as we were awaiting me to go and deliver my baby who took his time hence the extension.

For some reason the TV doesn't link to SABC 1 and my mom wanted to see Skeem Saam and her other SABC 1 channel, the channel always defaulted to a news channel :'. We raised this with Thuli whom raised it with the manager and it was never resolved :(.

The mall is not far from the Hotel including restaurants. The petrol station is also not far from the Hotel. Everything that a person would require such as basic needs were just around the corner.

If the Hotel breakfast could improve a bit, that would be great. I.e. variety of breakfast could be served such as different types of eggs, served with mushrooms, onions and tomatoes, cheese sausages etc. Won't mind paying R200 for this kind of breakfast.

Location was great as it was 3 minutes away from Walter Sisulu Hall in Randburg, where I needed to be We did not have breakfast, as I checked it out, not a big selection for R120, The Wimpy across the road was a better option

Some of the guests were a bit noisy on the ground floor, but the hotel staff sorted them out I was just happy they could accommodate us , as I had a bad experience at the previous accommodation=THE HIDE , Stamvrug Road Randburg, I am hoping to get back my money,because I had to book additional accommodation.

I would love to Thank the receptionists they treated me so nicely. I would love to mention the receptionist who checked me in I forgot his name he is tall and he looks coloured. He is considerate I'm impressed. I would love to mention Thato and Naledi very kind. The staff at Road Lodge are very good with their service. Quality Service. Safe parking, which was good for us. Facilities were okay. Staff were very helpful.

It was meant to be a family room and we had three adults in our group. However, it was meant to be for two adults and a child. It was very cramped with all of our baggage. Also, the shower was not private so when in use, the others had to leave the room.

The securty at the gate was rather rude, I had a 5 meter trailer so I went in the first row parking(one with the roundish bend at the end) the trailer fit well and I was only occupying one parking more than what I needed next to me for space purposes. then he said no this is not what should be done and then proceeded to have me reverse and park Horizontally over 5 Parkings. im no expert but my way was much more efficient and considering other guests and not consuming too much space. when I explained this he was rather rude and kept on insisting I should do it his way.

Asked twice on each morning (stayed 3 nights) about the shower mixer being seriously faulty, either totally cold or hot. Even spoke to the person in charge of maintenance who admitted that spares were a problem, asked for a room change but was never afforfed one ..... not good

The toilet had urine smell which I told the cleaning ladies and they cleaned it up. The aircin had no remote and the button wasn't okay to use. The kettle cable was being detached from the plug, which was a risk since I was with My Mom it could have injured us. When you plug the cover gets out. There was used soap in the shower and I wondered if the room was really cleaned before we occupied. I was disappointed to be honest.

Otherwise we good.

I wouldn’t really say when you go there make sure you park light because there’s no one who’s is going to help you with you luggage even if you would want to change the room know your still going to carry it all alone..I think they should give man I change to help with that
