The location is great. Quiet. Beautiful balconies - I was happy just to sit there.

The staff are horrible. On the struggle of checking in, the staff literally watched me struggle with luggage up the stairs without even raising a finger to help. The receptionist was not even bothered. Very indifferent!

We liked that it was a home away from home. We had all the essentials, including a washing machine. We felt that they could improve on the basic start up supplies like tea, coffee and milk. It would also have been nice to have a dish towel and washing up liquid. Although they service the apartment daily, its nice to have the option. We loved the location, it was pretty central from all the places we wanted to visit. We also loved that they have generous parking spaces! Finally, we would like to commend the honesty of one particular staff member, Nono. We forgot our brand new vitamin supplements in one of the kitchen drawers, moved on to our next holiday location for a whole week, and when we came back she had handed our supplements to the office as lost/forgotten property. It's rare to come across such honesty these days.

We didn't like the noise made by the cleaning staff. We found that quite disturbing, especially because we were on holiday and not rushing to get up. This could be improved.

The Receptionists were the best with great assistance and every day checking to know our well-being at the facility, they were of great help in terms of directions to visit the city and what to do in the city, where to go and which Malls to visit. This was really good especially to us new travelers into the country

The air conditioner was not working well in the bedroom, so the room was quite cold/chilly. Also, the Duve cover was not quite warm enough, you would feel cold, so maybe the establishment get warmer Duve will appreciate for our next visit

Centrally located in Sandton Business Hub. The reception and doorman staff are exceptional. No scruffy characters are allowed or swiftly dealt with.

Sounds echo easily through the corridors. Ask for an area that is less noisy. There are many of them. The cleaning staff can get culturally loud, specially over a weekend if you sleep late and your room is on the way to the laundry. 😂 Still am great experience.

fantastic staff members, from reception, security, maintenance, and housekeeping. The place is located in an ideal place which makes it easy to access malls. Huge rooms which allow free circulation of air. comfortable beds. The building is modern. peaceful. Lovely park right across the property to take walks in.

The couch needs to be fixed.

The services is the best I’ve ever received and I’ve gone to a few hotel apartments. The rooms where large and very clean, the balcony was also large very comfortable beds and made us feel like a home away from home

Uhm it would be nice if there was Netflix,YouTube etc proper streaming channels. On the tv it only had a few DSTV channels

The place is clean, quiet, and in a safe area. It’s close to the Gautrain station and to a lot of shops/restaurants.

We did not have an iron in our room, therefore we had to call the reception to ask for it every time we needed it.

Some days they didn't provide teas, soap and lotions etc. Don't do thorough cleaning

I love that is self cooking and the property is located in a central part of the main city

Everything about the location was perfect for my visit and I was well at home there

Loved the space, rooms were spacious. Beds were big. Staff were super helpful and ready to assist in any way possible. Location was convenient.

TV channels are limited. Consider adding other channels/apps. Cutlery and pots were limited.
