Location was easy to find The place was clean and neat Staff were nice and friendly We asked for adaptor to charge our phones, they didn't deny

They didn't have any equipment for self-catering Dishes Cloth No Plates, Glasses, Cutlery, Pan Nothing, We had to go and ask for them at reception, they told us they will bring them the next day at 8AM and by that we should have at least prepare for our checkout time yhooo disaster No advertised Microwave No advertised Kettle No advertised toaster No Mop for Shower, one of my friend even fell because the floor was slippery No Towels for after shower

Everything was good honestly good. Had so much fun the place was very clean, can they at least clean the kitchen basin the drain was not looking too good. Had to close with the stopper so we see nothing. But overall perfect perfect 💯💯💯💯 the receptionist was very nice though I didn't get the name . She assisted us with checking in very very light in complection. Thank you so so so so much If I were to go back I'd go again and again

It's a nice and clean place

I didn't like the fact that they doesn't have a mop and broom especially mop for the shower. It was a self catering but they didn't have Plates, glasses, cutlery, pan even a cloth. We had to go to the receptionist to ask for them, but then we managed to get them the next day @ 8 in the morning and we were supposed to eat our breakfast by that time because our checkout was at 10.

The studio I was staying in was very cozy. I felt so good there that it was hard for me to leave. The place is safe, with security and 24h reception desk. It is clean and well maintained. It's a good place for solo travellers.and I will definitely stay there when I come to Joburg next time.

Guests can be noisy. but when that happened, I reported it at the reception desk and they did actually handle the issue. Other than that, nothing.

The location was great and the room was clean and Ioved the fact that there was a microwave cos the room I booked the last time didn't have a microwave. When ever I travel to Johannesburg your hotel has become my second home. Again thank you for the great service.

I wish I was told that the toilet was licking

The environment was so peaceful, the rooms were nice and had a lot of space, everything was proper, the staff is so welcoming

The taps are not working properly, the refrigerators don't function properly, also the lights and the fan was not working in another room

We were pleased with the spacious rooms, a full Kitchen, tile throughout the living areas, and the great price point. The green space behind the hotel was also very nice. We did not swim because the temperature was a bit cool, but the pool was nice also.

The carpets in the bedrooms are worn old and not cleaned or well vacuumed. Also the electricity went out at 7:00 am and never came back. This caused a little inconvenience in using kitchen appliances and internet connection. The neighbors in adjoining rooms were quite loud for the hours just after sundown. Not super late into the night but very loud.

Fast internet, the bed was comfortable and the environmental sounding was quiet.

The electricity problem made my stay a little bit uncomfortable and it was very hot and we just came back from dinner and our phones were not working so we had nothing to do besides sleep.

Everything about that place was top tier welcoming ambiance,security guards we're so welcoming together with the receptionist What you see is what you get about that place I will definitely visit again

My stay was cut short as i had emergency at home other than that there's nothing i didn't like about that place

Hi Me and My Family liked how your place was so spotless, and not to mention your Bed's they were so clean and Comfortable and and during our stay we never spotted an insect's dat shows how much you take care of your place so keep it up.

The Swimming pool wasn't clean when we check in and Der were few chairs to sit on.
