Staff is very professional, from the security, receptionist and the cleaners. Very helpful, friendly and professional. Our car was safe the whole night and we felt very safe because of how vigilant the security personnel was. This put us at ease as we were disappointed by the first property that cancelled our booking at the last minute n the last thing we needed was more drama, we booked at very short notice and we got the best service which brought back the joy and erased all the disappointments. Taking stairs to the 3rd floor. They should have made provision for an escalator or an elevator. The place is quite noisy, but it served our purpose. A few irons were rotated among all guests, will suggest you buy an iron for each apartment or room, also no iron boards or any air cons or fans in any room. Only one mirror in one of the rooms. One shower for an apartment that takes up to 6 people. Had to wait all the time to get a chance. Basic things like towels weren’t in the room, you have to request & that is going down with all the stairs as mentioned before. Generally, the accommodation is good, it is just that it seems to be in an industrial area. The couch in the apartment is also not too comfy. Apartments are too noisy & have many residents/guests. Need to work on those few things.

Location. Though the place is in Sandton it borders the shanty town of Alexandra. Its not ideal if you want to take walks or go jogging due to safety. The property itself is very safe, gated with armed security officers everywhere. It was a bit noisy on one evening due to a noisy group having booked in . Towels get changed daily but on one of the days staff never put towels in our rooms despite me telling reception. That was a blip in an otherwise excellent service

The location was perfectly central to everything that we wanted to do. The place was very neat and cleaned every day, including the dishes. Checking in and out was easy and security was super friendly and helpful.

We were provided with limited kitchenware. There were no utensils to cook with and only one bowl, there were however two- plates, glasses and mugs. On arrival there was only one towel and no shower matt/towel for the tiled floors. We asked reception for another towel and they did bring it later. We came back one afternoon and the door was left unlocked by the cleaning staff. We also noticed that they must have been there quite a while because there were multiple videos added on the recently watched Youtube history on the SmartTV. On the last day they again only brought us one towel. We also had to ask for a wine bottle opener and had to wait close to an hour until they brought one, and then they came back after 20 minutes to take it back because another guest needed it.

I was promised for taxi arrangement when I arrived at the airport but fortunately it didn't happen. A taxi driver charge me Rand 600 because my phone was off and I can't book for Bolt. I am from Ghana and I don't know about the value of your currency. Furthermore I didn't like the socket because it was different to fix my charger. I wish management could buy extension cord that could accept any kind of charger for all rooms. Thank you.

Parking, spacious, value for money, cooking facilities, safe area with security gated & guarded, near gas station to buy basic things, washing machine, cloth hanger to dry shirts, can cook..

No lift, need to bring my big luggage to the 3rd floor from 1st floor, not enough fan, no dryer. Only washing machine. Lastly only 1 toilet/ shower sharing for 3 brooms apartment. But the others are good..

The TV couldn't connect easily maybe network onthe second floor. They gave us a standard room while we wanted a superior. The reception said they are all the same😥. There was a leak under the kitchen which seemed like a washing machine old connection. They didn't close it. The cleaners put a closed dustpan. The water was inside when its full you wont know where the water comes from. When you want to sweep the broom is wet

I like the apartments and the facilities they provide. I have been using them for a while now and I will continue booking in future.

My booking was cancelled whilst I was along the away in Mall Of Africa on my way to the the apartments. I cant fault them for that but it was a bad experience. If I had paid in advance, they would not cancel and they said they tried to call me but could get me because i was using a South African number. After I change numbers in future, I will call them on time to confirm.
