The room was clean

The fact that they don't cater for when you trying to make something nice for someone,e.g it was my wife's birthday and I called to ask can't they make something nice in my room to wow her,and also get a champagne they advise they don't do that one must do that themselves of which I wanted my wife and I to arrive in such beauty with roses and all that so that was one thing I didn't like

On arrival and being a little shaken, Vicky was awesome in her assistance. The room was comfortable, clean and had what was needed to be comfortable. It was spacious and the shower too.

In catering it is difficult to accommodate each ones taste and demands but maybe alternate with a croisant. Difficult to comment on lunch or supper as we did not book for those settings.

Breakfast was great. Location pretty once inside the grounds but quite a bit of road noise in the room with windows open. A bit of noise from parking lot in the morning but not a big problem

The security chains on the passage door (main) and the sliding balcony door were broken and non-functional. The door handle had a few screws missing. There was an ugly stain on the carpet in front of the fridge. Gave the impression of a bit of maintenance negligence which detracted from what otherwise would have been exceptional.

Had an amazing experience at The Hub. The staff were great and Vicky, the manager, was exceptional. Very warm and welcoming. I stayed for 9 nights and it felt like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend it and I myself will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

The locality and the modern feel the HUB offered. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The bedding must be replaced. The cushions are poor and the duvet needs to be replaced.

Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Cleanliness in room and bathroom was good. Staff were helpful and friendly and went the extra mile. Room cleaned daily and fresh towels provided daily. Breakfast included in price. Lots of parking. Security of premises. Very central location.

The room was really big and very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were all friendly. There was ample parking. Despite being on a busy road the room was quiet.

There is a lot of parking, but the parking bays are really narrow. This could be a problem if the hotel is full.

Location prime, safe parking, excellent mattress and pillows, instant warm water from the shower, and to top it all, a very tasty and well prepared breakfast - all that for a very fair price!! Money well spent - will definitely return!!

The wi-fi did not reach our room so couldn’t use it at all. The terrible Turkish Soap Operas on the TV at breakfast. It’s difficult eating breakfast with a hysterical woman screaming on the TV. Perhaps try some scenic relaxation videos? They are easy to find on YouTube.
